Pics from this week.

I love Allsop!!!

You access it just up from the scout camp Ron, you walk through the burn for the first of it.. (fairly close to some sweet riding on the ridge above the burn)

Any goats up there this year at allsop? I saw two last year and about a 24" nice tall four point, when we went up for young mens camp..

BTW, fishing rocks huh?!

How do i post a video? I wanna post a video of a buck i filmed last week, wondering if you think it will break 200"

You facebook the video and add me as a friend (Phatty D)!

Lakes look pretty high still...

Heading back to the Wind Rivers next weekend, will keep my eye out for goats!

I just tried to down size some stills of it and post them but my stupid microsoft photo editer trail expired, so it wants my credit card number to let me use it.. haha dang... Anyways he's tall, WIDE, and the biggest forks i've seen on a deer... I truely believe that he could possibly be the new state record typical velvet archery buck, if not it will be close.. My guess is 212 gross, 207 net :)

goin back out tonight, be back saturday hopefully with pictures i can upload for you guys. I'm gonna change the setting on my camera to a smaller size so it will let me upload without editing it.

Ah Ha, Now I got it figured out. Had my Google turned wrong. Duh.......:face-icon-small-dis
Thought it sounded familiar. We did a hike to Amethyst Lake last year and it's only a couple bowls away.

Nice Pics.
I actually Googled that area and couldn't see where to access it.

Yeah you got it now!:p

Get me those pics! I hope you are able to connect with him. Is he on the cwmu you hunt? Are you going archery?

I did see some goats up in allsop and 3 bucks, one of which was quite nice around 27" wide. 20 head of elk and three BIG bull moose. It was awesome. I think I will be going back into there again. I saw one nanny that had to have had 12" horns. For those of you who don't know goats that is big.

No chit...I don't know why I torture myself by looking at all these threads!

Any of you Utah boys wanna see some field corn or soy beans?

sent! also sent a picture of some a small group of bucks i found saturday on the CWMU, it'd be sweet if you could post the picture on here for the guys. Me and my buddies and some of the girls went down and hung out so i didn't do much scouting, but i did capture these four bucks on the way out. The top right one is gonna be a B&C typical buck in about 2 years. Last year he was about an 18" four point, this year he is about 23" and much taller with unbelievable forks for his age. He's 3 and a half years old. Gonna be a stud in a couple years

We got our butt kicked.. wind snow fog hail rain sleet cows elk coyotes... no deer, haha. had that buck in the pic above (top right one) coming into a spring the ran out the bottom of a cliff. I sat on the top of the cliff all day with about a 30 yard shoot straight down but never came in. Too much water and snow everywhere for him to worry about walking to the spring.. hopefully it will get warm and dry before this next week.

Anyone have more luck than me? i don't know anyone who did any good.
