So i hiked all over timp sunday, brought the big glass and a double to get some sweet pictures of some goats, but i didnt see 1 goat? WTF? did someone shoot them all?

just the canon 70-200 is f2.8... that lens is so freaking heavy and the doubler on top of that.

I have never not seen goats up there either... weird...
i went up timpanooke then out towards bomber peak, then back up to the summit, down the glacier and back out timpanooke trail (i thought about hitchhiking from aspen grove back over, but decide the girl that was with me wouldnt appreciate that...)

They must have been over on Roberts Horn or the big Provo hole and Cascade cirque? Weird.

They were there last Thursday, sorry only had a cell phone, but they were really close.
There was about 20 all grouped up until this bone head rolls up and lets his dog off the leash.
