Leaving for Togwotee mountain lodge in about 2 hours. Will be driving a big yellow chevy with a four place trailer, we'll be staying there the rest of the week.

frankensled, please re-read my posts, never did i say the snow "sucked". i posted an opinion before i rode, and quantified it that i hadnt rode. and then posted an honest evaluation after i rode. this isnt our first time here but, for alot of people it is. and IF they dont get the guide (and alot dont want to drop the coin to spring for the guide) they will not have an easy time finding untracked powder. wasnt spreading untruths just giving an opinion. nothing more, nothing less. not trying to keep people away from the area, just giving people an opinion and they can use it for what it is worth, an opinion. snow is in the forcast, lets hope it its for all to have great untracked powder this area is known for. ski

well its not anything like last year thats for sure, if ur a trail rider at least ull enjoy them. Found some powder today. Wish there was another 2plusft. Going out with a guid tmro. Hoping to find something. I'll be here all week. Riding a 09 assualt. Some dam tree huggers flicked me off on the way here.
was out today. Some great snow out there. Over the hood. U just cant ride on the trail and expect to find it. Thanks brent for the great day.
We'll we've been here two days now, we were able to find some deep over the hood powder. There really is no base though so you have to watch out for those stumps.

rode togwotee the last 3 days and they have been 3 awesome ones!!....we rode with the super guide carter and he found us some epic snow... snow is awesome if you know where to go... imo some people that judge the snow conditions by the road and the web cam need to get there head out of there a$#..... deep deep snow like i said u just need to know where to ride.....thanks to the senior guide we had an awesome trip

One - It is snowing! I'm sure ya'll have seen the forecasts by now and know what to expect, but coupled with the base we're starting to develop, the deep already up a little higher, and this current system I think we might be heading to Submarine Town!

Thats a picture of one of my guests. I'm still Polaris red. Noah is the quiet one, and he CAN get it done. The snow is here. Just plain unbelievable conditions now. Randy, you made a mistake.
CARTER_its unbelieveable how? good or bad? We are heading out on thursday1/7/2010. Can't wait. Sounds like is finally getting good out there. Any current updates/suggestions appreciated.
Went out yesterday and found plenty of deep untracked. Some right off some of the trails. Here's a picture and a link to the rest of the good ones from our trip. Like others have said, watch out for the stumps/rocks.

Its unbelievable good. Last nite got 8 in. on the pass. mother Nature is doing a good job, finally.
