Just got off the phone with some buddies that are riding up at TOG. They have a guide not sure who but they said the snow is better than they expected. They found deep untracked snow in several areas. Now take it however you want just thought I would post what they said.

Just got through talking to my dealer here in MN his son guides for Brooks Lake and he said snow was real good and found lots of untouched snow due to the lack of people coming out so I would say go on out Im coming out Feb17th cant wait Carter eat your weaties..............:face-icon-small-coo

5 Days!

Thanks for the info mnrmk! We(5 of us) are leaving from Geneva on Saturday! Can't wait to get out there and leave the lovely wifey home to work!!!

Rode out there 4th, 5th, & 6th and all I can say is Brent found us some deep stuff, pow was soft and not set up at all some spots we went were 5-6ft deep and un-tracked. The snow may look like its low but if it was any deeper we would have needed a heli to get us out. Thanks Brent for the killer time.

Six of us rode with Carter since last Thursday and the Snow is great, Only one A-arm in four days, that is a record low for us. The snow is very good and very fun. It is pretty much bottomless but not like December snow. The farthest from the Lodge we got was 18 miles, over to Brooks for a quick lunch. The snow was deep all through there. Some new friends went out with Justin and did some "Technical" riding, They were very impressed with his skills and had a great time.

Thank You Carter for a fantastic four days of riding. We had a very, very fun trip! Mission accomplished!

GREAT TIME AGAIN

Rode TOG from the 12-18th of Feb. All I can say is that it gets better every year.

Special Thanks to our guide CARTER - for a great time, lots of laughs and deep powder (chest deep).

If you are going to TOG - make sure you request CARTER.

Thanks to Chad for setting the whole thing up and Chop for drivin.

Whats the snow report??????

Thinking about heading out to tog. for the first time. leaving on march 16 just wondering what to expect for snow and where to find the best guide out there? we usually ride cooke city, MT but we need some change.....

Tog on 12th and 13th

We too are headed to Tog on March 12th and 13th and riding with guides out of TML - looking forward to riding with them as this will be afirst for us riding with guides. Based on snow - sounds like we are going to need them.

Anyone got an update for us? Since this went pay to post, seems like the action in the Tog conditions forum went south with the snow forecast!!!

Thanks.

lowest snow its ever been in my 8 years of riding out here. still fun, if you want to find good powder you should prob get a guide or know where your going. ive riden the last 4 days and to morrow is my last. 5'' two nights ago, and it was snowing prety good when i left the mtn at about 2:00. good luck finding snow and watch out for rocks. not realy that bad, but places usualy covered in 4' have maybe only a foot.

Load up people!!! I rode today around brooks lake and it was amazing. Freash tracks all day long. 2-3 feet of powder everywear. We were the only ones in that area anyway. There was even 2 feet of freash on the trails. simply put this was the best riding day i have had all year, And i have put 800 miles on so far in 5 different mountain ranges this year.

FINALLY! I've been watching it dump out there for the last three days, and can't belive no one has talked about it? I sure wish I didn't live 19 hours away! LOL.
