The end of 2024 and 2025 Little Truckee Summit Snow conditions

Got out for a little ride yesterday. Found some real decent snow actually. This is out by Meadow Lake. If somebody’s been there, you gotta go a different way. We had fresh all day. The 07 Road getting to my house is hard as a rock and get him beat to death. Running out of snow down low. Trying to get the sign moved up, but a lot of government politics. Got out for a little ride yesterday. Great weather and snow is still good in the trees We found some icy spots gotta be careful. Definitely spring conditions. Groomer got back out here doing some grooming. Be nice to have a grooming report, but haven’t seen one yet. Looks like he went up to the Jackson Meadows and over to Yuba. I’ll check today, but I think he went to Meadow Lake yesterday.IMG_7305.jpeg

Finally, we got some snow. Real close to 2 feet last night. Semi heavy snow. 6 to 12 inches at the parking lot so we should be good to go. Looks like more on the way today and tonight.

Well, unfortunately, I don’t have a lot of good news. Only snowed a couple inches yesterday and then rain. Got a couple inches last night here at the house. I have to wait and get up in elevation to see how much. I’m sure it’s good up top. Still not enough snow at the parking lot to groom. The grammar is staged at Yuba Pass. He came over last night. He can only groom down to Parzzso Meadows on the 07 Road.
 
What a bum stroke that is.I ride Yuba when I can ,our friends live at Bassetts and it it has just rained for the most part at their place.I drive up there ,it’s 8 hours for me to get there.Thanks for Post up dates so I don’t drive up and the snow isn’t that great Hope higher ip it is better snow.
 
Well, we got snow yesterday. Still coming down today. Over 4 feet at the house. I’m in Reno had a couple appointments. I’ll be heading back in this evening. My son‘s up there holding a fort down. Do you have any information about the grooming? I used to get email reports from a ranger. Steve your the BEST.
