My wife hates my sled. This guy is lucky to have a wife that supports a sledding habit...especially one that would take the time to get him such a great Christmas gift! He needs to be straightened out for sure.

I did spend a lot of time trying to explain the basics and showed him the sled will do just fine that it takes practice. I traded him even for a while. He was really appreciative and said thanks many times until we got back from the mountain. that's when things went south
The sled runs fantastic starts first pull. His wife has never done anything like this I lost a lot of sleep last night over it. I know its not the latest greatest but look at it its nothing to be embarrassed about
Well i found it on ksl.com it had 1400 miles on it but hadn't been maintained very well. It had a few issues but all were addressed and corrected. I spoke with his wife a while ago and she said just let it go his family has been educating him how how ungrateful he was and his wife said if he wants to sell it then that's his deal. He talked to my wife this morning and she tried to bring it up and he said he didn't want to talk about it. So he knows i want to talk to him and about my offer about the risers so the ball is in his court he can pick it up or walk off the court. Oh and he isn't a young buck he is 38 if he does sell it i will post it and get some numbers from those who are interested
thanks again I feel better about it
Have you considered giving him a coupon to the local brothel ? That might straighten out his riser bar.
Fine sled by the way, and maybe before he buys a longer track you might suggest that he buy a beacon.
OT
But if he bought a beacon, wouln't he be part of the problem?
Exactly what is wrong with the society we live in. Never happy with what you get and always an excuse why something is not good enough.Couldn't agree more!!!! Never happy with what you got and it's always somebody elses fault.
I have had my sled for over 7 years now and it still isn't "perfect" in my mind. I try and save a little every year make it better. First year rode it stock, next year was pipe and clutch, next attac, then big wheel kit, then boss seat...ect
Tell him to sell it and buy what wants. That way he can't blame any one but himself, but I am sure he would find someone to blame for his problems. You can't lose sleep over someone you try and help.
