Hey guys & gals, things are coming together. We met quite a few sledders around town tonight. 
Sounds like we got quite a few guys to help us out Friday morning. Nice!
We did some flagging today to identify the cut blocks....and well, we didn't really know where to stop. Basically the whole Viedeman trail!
So...we have a new plan....EVERYONE...PLEASE STAY ON THE GROOMED TRAIL.
Wow, was that ever easy.
Seriously, if anything drags this weekend through the mud it will be the fresh tracks off the groomed trail. Please resist. There is a whole mountain past the cabin to play on!
Let's hope some
pokes through the snowflakes this weekend.

Left Cowtown @ 09:30, stopped in Canmore for breakkie with IMSICK and still beat raceu4it here (he left at 06:00)...Poor Dusty GOT BROKEDOWN
Highways are DRY and was able to do about 120 to 140 (kms) the whole way and remembered to use my signal lights once I think (Thats for you Snotty...hope you are feeling better).
Looking forward to the weekend GOAT-ROPE

I'm not going to be there, just speculating.

I just talked with the O-zone guy. Everything is getting set up for the weekend. Looks fantastic. Come to Zalas tonight Friday. Saturday will be the finals of the USC....Ultimate Sledding Championship. Rock Paper Sledders. On Sunday 12:00 pm Sharp...BC Time, we will be at Turbo, where the BIS. BIG IRON SHOOTOUT WILL START. Rock paper sledders, for those who couldn't make it on saturday, sunday will also be the day! If you act as a volunteer you will be well rewarded. A friend in deed is a friend in need.

Just spent some time with the girls in the executive suite, and it was made absolutely clear to me that there will be NO partying in the room this weekend. The Ozone guy has been worn out by 11 girls, as much as he tried he just can't get the job done. Jason Friday the 13th tag your it. Kerry wants to inform you, she has been holding back a few rooms for special sledders. The Ozone guy softened her up. Call Kerry in about an hour as she is just cleaning up the Ozone guy Liquor in the front , no poker in the rear.

I want to thank everyone that has been apart of this process, this is not an event, this is a ride for charity, in paticular sparwood and morgan, so get off your couches and get on your sleds, I realize you have more horse power on your couch than you do on your sled. Several of us had passes & left our rigs overnight friday night. line up on saturday am was 1 km long @ 7am...we just cruised past the line and went straight to our trucks

I know some guys were forced to park in the frisby lot when the 2 @ Boulder were full. I never heard of anyone getting refused entrance...Although if they based it on stupidity they would not have to worry about the limit.

We got there at 6:30 in line, didn't have the good hook up like "Sheriff" but was only 2/3 full when we got in. Great time overall and had a geat ride on Friday just to bad weather turned crappy for Saturday.
