I seized a roller at 900mi on my 14...Is it time to go back to the ol 12-15 cat clutches? I always got at least 2k miles out of those and then would just lose a roller not have an explosion.

Did they lose a belt then notice this, or how did they notice this break?Spacer was on the left side, it blew out
Need more pics for further analysis and investigation. Pic is inconclusive, although the chewed up pin is interesting.Spacer was on the left side, it blew out
Haven't u had that on there for a yr now? This is currently in the experimental stage.

What secondary are you using? Did you change belts also? How many miles on this one? This is currently in the experimental stage.

Only pic I have right now. Not my sled. Wear marks could also be because the pin was banging around when it broke while the clutch was spinning
Sounds suspect. Typical Snowest closeup of a damaged part along with the usual story of “it broke.”Only pic I have right now. Not my sled. Wear marks could also be because the pin was banging around when it broke while the clutch was spinning
i just looked and it is the 85/225 i'll try the 255 and go from there.which spring is in yours? if its the 85/225 try switching up to the 85/255 before doing weights as it would be a cheaper option.
Anybody find the adapt noisy? More... Metallic sounding? I may of already commented on this but between 6-7k and or sometimes on off the throttle it has a coarse sound like a bearings gonna go but engine runs good and put about 300 km on. Put the team on, and the noise is gone. Then my father's sled, 700 km 19 alpha, put the adapt on his too and its not as bad as mine but I can hear it, but his sounds more like at wide open throttle I'm hearing it a bit...
Finally got a decent ride on my adapt and I agree it is quite noisy. All kinds of odd sounds coming from that region that I don’t remember with the team.
