858s hitting the line!!!

Also was not aware the front track shock was not ATAC. Might be ok, not sure it’s good running that shock in anything less then medium. Have never tried that shock on hard; maybe only for jumpers?
No ATAC models control the front arm shock and previous M ATAC came with the IFP front arm shock off the base models. This the first time the M ATAC models come with the QS3 float on the front arm. I was not impressed when my 2021 showed up with the cheap IFP shock on the front arm. And non ATAC models had 4 QS3 on them.

Yes we noticed this as well as the front ski shock reservoirs make contact with the front arms at full extension.
I was wondering if the front arm would hit the reservoirs. It looks really close….hmmm!!!

Built this for one of our Snowcheck customers picked up today. Black hand guards, Bumpers, and HDC running boards. It is too sexy.
Awesome glad you posted this. I have the black HDC boards. And could not decide between black or blue on the hand guards. Black it is. That looks great. Thank you!!!!

It looks like it is very light contact I would think if it is going to be an issue they would have seen it in pre production units last season.

I was playing with the configurator and saw that a base 858 with the hardcore boards and the tunnel bag I wanted is just over $16k. Not bad... I'm spending $20,500 on my loaded Mountain Cat ATAC if I remember correctly. BUT, that extra $4500 gets the G8 display and the iQS shocks (the shocks alone are like $4-5k from Burandt).

What didn't make sense is when I priced up an 858 Sno Pro... it cost within a few hundred of the Mountain Cat but also lacks the shocks and G8. I never could find a page showing the differences between the models.

EDIT: Correction; I had added the G8 and it came close to the Mountain Cat but didn't have the nicer shocks.

Just curious if anyone knows when the 165”s are shipping? All I’ve seen on social media appears to be 154”s. Was out for a drive on Sunday and peaked over the fence at my dealer and all the crates there said 154” as well. Guess I might have to swing in one day when they’re open and see what they say.

Vern I am also waiting for the word on my 165 sno pro and I’m pretty certain we ordered from the same dealer
If we did, I stopped in today and talked to them, they said they just got some 165’s in yesterday but he looked up the info said mine wasn’t one of them. Said it should be soon though.

My dealer called last week and said my snopro has arrived. I didn't expect them to be on time.

picked mine up today the blue looks good out in the sun, the guage looks nice too. havent played with it yet just drove it in the trailer and headed now just got home.

Looking at these photos, the only thing I wonder about is the rear of the tunnel. The Matryx Slash tunnel is tapered, and a friend (who posts here) with a 9R says he can tell the difference that the tapered tunnel makes. I hope this doesn't become a drawback on the Catalyst.
