I would have to disagree with that statement.

Does anyone know how the snow is in the Southern Bighorns? Possibly heading out this weekend from Iowa. Thanks

Last weekend was the best riding all season, quite a bit of snow, it was deep last weekend and the forecast looks pretty good for this weekend too. I will be up there this weekend most likely, how many people are you bringing from Iowa?

Clutching

Hey guys im heading out on Monday to ride all week. Anyone now what weights I should run in my Yamaha mountain max 700? what elevation is it mainly at? Any feedback would be great!

I dont know what year mm 700 u have but a 2002 uses a yellow/white/yellow primary spring, stock weight but remove both rivits and put in aluminum 10.3 rivits you will be riding at 8-10,000 feet, I have jetting specs also if u need them. secondary clutch stays the same, but wet snow conditons u could twist it to 80 degrees, 70 is std. had alot of tripple yamahas out there over the past 15 years, they run great

So we are heading out to ride the big horns the 22-27. Looking like burgess junction is calling for quite the warm up around then. Don't have much of an option to change dates. Just curious what everyone thinks it will be like. It's my first time going. Will it be decent riding still or will the warm temps kill the whole area. Not expecting primo riding, but hoping to find some areas I can still have fun in.

Any day on the mountain is great. There will be awesome pockets on the trees and shade for sure. We will be there next weekend also. Have a good trip out. That's half the fun

Rode out there for 4 days last weekend. Snow was ok. Had to look for snow to get stuck in, but we found some! :face-icon-small-hap Visibility was terrible almost every day. :face-icon-small-dis I haven't ridden this area for 7 years and I forgot how fun it is! For all the complaints I have read on here about Elk View Inn, I have to say we have none. We rented the big cabin, which wasn't fancy, but worked perfect for 8 guys. The staff was helpful and friendly, food was good...like I said NO COMPLAINTS! I also want to mention that a couple of us stopped in for a burger at High Country Lodge. What a beautiful place! 1/2 lb. burgers were awesome! I really want to go stay there in the summer with the wife and kids.

Sitting at deerhaven tonight after a great ride today. Excellent snow wherever we went
