2013/14 Big Horns N/S Snow Conditions

Heading to The Horns on the 8th. Praying for a huge dump. Snow Dancing like a Nutjob!!!

Wanted to ask you Big Horns sledders something.

What is your experience riding this area in March?

Got a trip planned an want to get feedback on general experiences you have had with snow conditions in early to mid March

Where are you staying? We trying to get there again but looks like the second week of March is when we will have to go. Last year the conditions were great at the end of February and we stayed at High Country but looking to stay on the other side this year to shorten the drive a little.

It appears that the majority of the storm is not going to amount to much on the northern or southern big horns. Snowys are supposed to get hammered. 2ft+. Bear lodge reported 6" over night on Wednesday morning. Might end up with another 6 by the time it over??

Rode the south side today. Great snow!!! The snow finally has a good base to it. I love riding on Super Bowl Sunday, we only saw 2 other people all day.

Drove through ten sleep on the way to tog snow looked great was a whiteout over powder river pass. Snow at tog is epic 14 fresh and 15 more on the way.
