Any one been up to the south side lately? I am going to go up and ride canyon creek this Sunday. Snotel is showing 31 inches. right now.

It snowed pretty darn hard last night, but only about 4" of fresh on our 64" base this morning.
I'm sorry to say that the reason there's not more is the dreaded 4 letter word.....WIND. Blowing again today.
Riders are finding good, deep pockets in the trees, which was about the only place you could see yesterday.
On the bright side, if you stop in for lunch we are having Tacos! And the soup is NE Clam Chowda.

Great snow on the south side this Sunday. Snowed most of the day hard, lots of wind though with the snow. We had the same problem as last time my boys summit fan couldn't cut it. Looks like anything over a 8 inches of fresh and it can't go very well with him on it. Time to search for a 600 for him with a longer track and bigger paddles

We have about 6" of fresh snow on the ground, but it is blowing around so much it's hard to get an accurate sow level. We'd say there's more than a 5' base. We are hearing that it's great out there. People are finding pockets of very deep stuff.
Snow is steadily falling this morning.

Snowed like crazy in the valley last night looked like the mountain was getting hammered rode last Saturday windy but decent snow I'm sure this weekend will be better
looking to do a trip there next weekend,what is the forcast looking like?

We had a really good dump of snow the other day up here at Wyoming High Country Lodge. Depending on the spot, 6" to 10".
What is really most interesting is that nobody is tracking it up. After a day of smooth deep snow, there are "No Tracks"!!!
Better come out and play.
