I would have to say that turtlehead and Hillclimbr have answered your question in pretty good detail. Thread should be done now that your question has been answered.
If you cant make it over the Top, all you can do is leave a mark.
Seroiusly, Cat's leaving the high mark.

personally i do not see what the thing that everyone likes about an arctic cat. I think it is mostly the name. everyone is always saying oh look at the m series they are so good. sure they might have some benefits. I ride a 2000 mm and i keep right up with the m7, but at the end of the day i still feel i have the better sled. why pay 3000 more for something that does the same thing as a sled that is 6 years older. this is just how i feel on the "cat" thing.

They are left at the top from the prior years hero snow
The owners are so shocked to actually finally make it to the top of any mountain they just leave it there and walk away
The owners have super fat a$$ wifes so the cats actually feel "kind of light"

I have a little over 650 miles on my sled. I still have the original belt and it still looks new.

I don't see all that many xp's up here besides parked next to rv's with geriatric types inside for their afternoon nap. Kidding aside, stock for stock what has anything on a 162 m1000?

Arctic Cat Baby! Their the best. They perform best out of the 4 main manufacturers sleds. Arctic Cat is the only company that has a logo or main theme actually having something to do with the cold and snow. Ski don'ts...they have a bumble bee for a logo....wow junk, not to mention all the issues they have. Polaris, well what more can I say, its a Polaris. As far as Yamaha goes, don't you need a CDL license to drive one of those?
