Probably some of each....I don't really see the difference with regard to the end result, and needing more programs/support. If you are convinced that guns and access to are not the issue, then mental health kinda has to take all the blame....no?Is mental health really the root??? Were most of these people born crazy or does it start at home? I lean towards the latter!!
Huge project? Yes. Good solution? Also yes. Going to happen? Highly unlikely. Makes me glad to live where I do....that's not a dig on you guys, I just genuinely feel lucky that we seem to have a system that (so far) seems to be doing a better job at curtailing this issue. "Lucky" being the key word, as I had no say on where I was born and what the laws areAdoption of anything similar to Canada’s gun laws is not a realistic option in the USA. We both know that... it’s a pipe dream!!!
