Valdez hillclimb updates

We will pull in Wen night and start riding Thurs (same as last couple years). The Hotels took good care of us each time and so did the restaurants. Keep in mind that many places in town are still closed for the season, but there is still good food and spirits to be found. I think most still serve food until 9pm? Some businesses put allot of money & time in this event, it would be nice if we stopped in and supported them while there. My 2 cents...

Well said Robert.

With that said most of the rest. are closed. Pipeline does not have a rest any longer. But there are some other options.

On Thurs. night there is a fund raiser for avy awareness at the Eagle and odly enough that is where registration is also.

I believe it's 15 a plate plus free beer from AK brewery!! :beer;

I have my specialty Vodka marinating right now for blood mary's.

One thing I will miss, and maybe Stanely and John W. won't Is my wife's comedy show!!

The comedy show was definately a hit as was the shade of red your face was. I will be down wednesday night so i can try to get my junk dialed in on thursday. If it is not too late i will stop and see you on my way down.

Stop anyway, You can leave your trailer up there if you don't need it that night.. Sounds like this is going to be a good time especially if Doug ends up not having sand in his gina!! :beer;

watch out spook..doug is feeling way good since he put that track on...I swear last time out he had his coat unzipped a little and he had a big S on his chest....and a little cape hanging out the back...........

Was it his skirt or the rug on his chest?? If he would shave that thing I bet he would get 5-7 mph more on the hill.

03' F-250 Crewcab Reddish, with shell. Pulling White mirage 4-place. You will probally remember it when you see it. I'm usually parked at the top of the hill, across from the Valdez rescue trailer.

Looks like we are leaving when my co-pilot gets off work at 3pm. What are you guys driving? I will have a red/black Chevy crew cab & grey enclosed trailer.
