Oh, yeah, I "forgot" about another black truck behind me flashing their high beems on /off as I pull over, throw the cell phone away..... and then see my "friends" grinning and laughing as then drive by me....

Has anyone heard if there has been a recovery on sled that fell down into the crevase last friday at worthington glacier? Or an attempted recovery?

Sad way to end the race, my heart goes out to the family.
It was great to meet alot of new people and we had alot of new racers.
The weekend was a blast I am already making plans for next year.
Hope eveyone makes it to Girdweed, some of the out of town racers are going riding thursday with me,if they can get away from work, so I hope the weather is good for us.

Jason As of Monday night it was still 65+ feet frozen into the bottom. If I hear anymore I will send you a note.

Yes in fact it slid that night on the upper end, and then I went back up on Monday and the rest came down.

No place to be!!

I was worried too the whole time we were digging. If the rest of that hill came down on us it would have been much worse. The slide is still haunting....

Uh, I missed the meeting, I know, my fault.... my recoil broke again as I was leaving the timing shed and after a lame attemp to clutch-start it I ended up being towed to the camp...
So was it missunderstanding?
