Your welcome Nick. Remember though, you have to beat Doug's time at least
once in order to get a "paid" day off.

Oh I will, remember I was the last person with is tether, and I even installed it back on his machine. Little does he know...............;)

A big pat on the back for all!!

I would like to let everyone know how awesome the support was for the event.

With that said.

To all who came down to enjoy the event. I hope it was worth the time and money you spent to get here, without you this event would not exsist.

On behalf of the Valdez Snowmachine Club I would like to thank all racers that gave money for Jordan's family.:beer;:beer; And to those who just gave thank you also.

The list of people who helped in the race, and Avy is sooo long I can't even begin to name you all. The way everyone pulled together and responded they way you did I am proud to know us as sledders stick together no matter what we do day to day.

If any of you are missing any gear please contact me ASAP and we will get you taken care of.

Let's end with some happy thoughts.

This year was a huge turn out. I know it wasn't perfect but we will stive to make it better every year.

Prayn for snow- Man you beat the hill, and for those of you who know Robert personally know how nice it is to be around him..

Recon Ross- He now has a new name. He will go by LRS Ross. After explaining to him that I just don't report back about the terrain. That we also make new tracks we just had to change his name.

Ridgerat, Jeff- Now I have that d. lawyer's number just PM me for the details, and I also have a place for you both to rent.

Danger Doug- Next year my sled will be parked in a locked trailer so you can't mess with it prior to the race..

Johnny Wick- You are still the king!! sad but true.

J.P- thanks for the lasagna!! next time can we get some garlic bread.

Dubey- hopefully you come down with the boys next year. And send me that video if you can.

Stanely thanks for letting me borrow your sled. When you come down next time bring me some Canadian whiskey. I am OUT!!

Dash- Next time the Police attempt to pull you over don't flip them the bird!

For the rest of you that I met I hope to see you again next year for the 4m ride. That way we can get out and see some sights. Keep in touch.

I know it costs alot of money for this event. I can't thank you enough for supporting the race. If you get a chance send a letter to the City of Valdez thanking them for the money and the Use of that Pisten Bully they allow us to use every year.. I hope our event held up to you expectations.

Thanks again, Spook:beer;:beer;

Spook,Thanks for everything you and VSC did this year. Even though the weekend ended early, the event itself was great. And Spook, be a man and finish the race. You shouldn't sabatage your own sled and take the easy way out.:D:beer;

Thanks for talking me into the racing spook. I had a great time. It was well worth money i spent for the 2 races.

Are you still goin to Alyeska next friday.

Oh and that video, I will download and sent it too but I think you will be dissappoint, it is only a few seconds long. Hell you broke like 50ft from the startling line :eek:

I will try to get to Girdwood. I will be working until Friday, and then I will attempt to get the sled fixed if possible.

And by the way I launched 50ft so I had to of gone at least 60..:beer;:beer;

I looked at my sled and it looks like I broke the front H-arm bolts, and spun the left driver. I need to look inside to make sure the DD is all in order. I still have 3 bottles of N20 and 20 gals of race gas to burn up..

I would like to get there so I can put a hurt'n on Doug!!

ok maybe 60ft. Carefull though, remember I have proof haha

I never thought of your DD getting hurt too. Hopefully the driver took all the force. But I didnt think you landed that hard to break the suspension bolts. Any idea what caused them to fail?

oh BTW, who would I talk to about getting a couple Hill climbs shirts, and do you think they would make some hoodies?

I don't think it was that one isolated hit that caused all the trouble. Prior to going up that time I noticed my track ratchet so it makes me think the poor old thing finally let go?

as far as the t-shirts, give Laura a call @907-835-2633. I don't know about the hoodies.

Oh thats right, I remember you mentioning you track ratcheting.

I will call Laura 2morrow. Maybe we can work somethink out and get some hoodies made. I am pretty sure she would sell a bunch. Hell I would probably buy 2 myself haha. You can never have to many of them.

I doubt you will need any help, but if you need someone to pick up some parts for ya from Anchorage Suzuki, just let me know. I work just down the street from them.

You better make it to Aly, i wanted see that sled run

Yeah I would like to see it run also.

I might make it I have alot of glass to do since I put it off for race week. I do have to go to Anchorage to drop off the prowler. I will try is all I can say.:beer;:beer;

Well, you know how it is.... You are driving in an unfamiliar territory, suddenly a beep on you cell phone, yeah finally I got a signal... so I am busy listening to my 9 messages, most of them from my partner who is telling me to call ASAP or !..... my passanger keeps talking... I need to turn to a subdivision... trying to listen to the phone number I am supposed to be calling ASAP or !.... don't even know for sure if I used the turn signal..... and then suddenly the lights are on behind me, my heart skips a beat as it jumps into my throat, I am busted for something I did or did not do...., I turn red in my face as my heartbeat goes from 70 to 200 in a second....end of story.
