Payback's a BI$T$C$H! You all know who you are!lol.
It would be nice to get a fresh dump of snow. How about 3 feet of fresh with the beautiful sunshine like we've had for the past couple years.

Just a reminder there will be a few of us camping there from Wed.-Mon. bring your sleeping bags
We will be getting there very late on Wednesday night, since we wont be leaving town till around 6 p.m.. We have been parking across from where they park the Valdez rescue trailer the last two years. Do you know if there will be any porta johns set up down in the lower parking alot, across from the heli camp?

LOL, Not sure I'm man enough to run that thing. You guys are pretty intense in that race there, not sure I could handle the adrenaline.
Also not sure if I can get Friday off. I'll be working on that though.

If you cant get off work, I will be happy to run your turbo sled for you, I would just need to put velcro on my gloves & the handlebars

Yeah, but you guys have those fancy motorhomes with bathrooms, have they ever put outhouses down there before? I know they usually have the trailer up on top, loaded with them.
Anyone have an update for the snow conditions up at Thompson Pass? Is it starting to soften up yet? Avy conditions?
can anyone tell me has it slowed down there at the hill climbs in the last couple of years or are there still a lot of racers and spectators there.
It has slowed down the last few years, but it's still a fun weekend. I enjoy it better than Artic Man.

I should have know better than to run the same class as him. I even filled the gas tank up (all the way) for him hoping to slow him down.

There will be a trophy class set-up for the begginers like myself!!
Also there will be an exception to the 5 class limitation. BUT you must pre register by Fri AM or you will not race.
You will not be able to register just before the class starts or racing starts. There will be exceptions IE if you get into town late Thursday. other than that tough crap!!

Noticed this was your first post, do you realize there is already a Str8upak on here from Fairbanks. Thought I would point that out, since it would be an easy time to switch your forum name.

For the love of god JP. Please tell me that you are not planning on racing. I really don't feel like fixing your sled again.
No kidding that is goin to cut into our riding time...Oh we are goin to keep him away from the booze right? That way he doesnt do what he did on new years a couple yrs ago.....

Yeah Nick. Of course that was also the day that you bent your steering post with your chest (not the recommended way). But we'll do our best to keep him away from the booze. Though I feel we may be less than 100% ourselves.
