well you need to check your sources because the stock market has been on a steady decline fore for the past several years, especially in the last 4-5 months.

i for one would gladly give back the 600k i have made on my houses in western washington ,,,
would like to go back to...
60 k nice house with three acres
no traffic
no last friday of the month bike ride (should be turkey shoot with prizes)
drive 15 min from seattle and target shoot, catch lots of fish, see no subarus, no boy on boy ,gir on gir, (except on my vcr) and most of all
WESTERN WA USED TO BE A LIVE AND LET LIVE PLACE.
WTF HAPPENED.................

Why is it that whenever somebody doesn't agree with Obama's brand of socialism we must be "another racist SOB?" That has to be the weakest arguments going.
Nobody has mentioned it yet, but the most important thing our next President is going to do is appoint 1-3 Supreme Court Justices. Even 1 appointment could have a huge impact on our country long after Obama or McCain are out of office. Look at recent decision on the Washington D.C. vs Heller case. This was decided by a 5-4 margin in favor being able to keep a weapon in your for self defense. Just imagine if Obama/Biden had been able to appoint the last two Justices instead of Bush. I know it's not all about guns but this is just one example.
Also the next President will get to appoint hundred's of judges on the federal level. I just hope we don't get any more like Judge Malloy, who was appointed my Clinton. Just look what he's done for us recently.
How can you like these two things and be in support of Obama? Check his record in the Senate and in state senate. What do you hunt with, a club? This guy's a bigger gun grabber than Feinstein, Kerry and Kennedy. I don't think he has a record on snowmobiling, but his record on environmental issues shows that he more than likely isn't a big fan of two-strokes or us riding in the mountains.
As far as the color issue, I'd vote for J.C. Watts in a heartbeat. I don't care if he's black, as long as his politics make sense.
If Obama is so interested in "change" why isn't he doing something about it while he's in the Senate? The guy hasn't done anything except produce the most liberal voting record of all time.
With Obama as President, in conjunction with a Dem. controlled Congress, look out! You can just watch your personal freedoms get taken away one after the other. This guy believes the Government knows better what is best for you, than you do. That's not the kind of "change" I'm looking for.

I also keep reading statements about how Bush is the worst president ever. What facts do you put forward to strengthen this statement? I personally don't like that we went to Iraq, but I also think the rest of the world should be ashamed that they didn't help free millions of people, and put down another Hitler. What, should we have placated him in Munich, and got him to sign a peace treaty. (see your history book, if you don't understand). Besides Iraq, the only real problem I see is that he didn't get Osama's head on a platter.
About the US debt, well maybe this will help. Notice anything?

I believe they are self explaining. Biden does not feel he is ready to be pres. But that was before Biden was on the ticket. Now he is perfect. Another flip-flop....
It's funny how most have forgotten that. but a great example on what to expect if Obama is elected.
Well, your memory is extremely short or you are just too dammmn youg to remember jiminy carter the buffoon. There were many more people out of work in the carter years and whole industries tanked as a result of it. Unemployment high, interest rates high, gas lines, etc. Even if you had a good job, it was likely that you could not afford a home with 18 - 22% interest rates being the norm. You are a damnnn fool if you think this is bad now.
The bulk of the people who are now losing their homes is because they bought into the low interst, no interest balloons with adjustable rates that are now resetting or coming due. With interest rates being at all time lows, just where did these fool think the rates were going to reset at? Lower? Just a fools bet that fools that could not afford homes took just to keep up with the jonses or worse, they took equity out of their homes to buy cars, trucks, boats, cabins or yes, even snowmobiles that they could not or would not otherwise afford and guess what? They are finding out that they still could not afford it.
I bet you think that if all those evil corporations get taxed to the max that all will be swell, there will be dancing in the streets, manna will be flowing from the heavens and those cost's don't get passed down to the consumer.

I'd like your to cite your source on this comment. When I look at an INDU chart it shows a decline in the last year, but steady growth for the previous two years (assuming you mean 3 years = several). You have said some things that are worthy of discussion and perhaps even you and I can agree in principle on, but you best know WTF you are talking about when you take someone to task about checking their sources.
