Mountain mod snoscoot

Would be happy to redo your seat... any color combo you like, and yes you can have anything you like on the sides or back or both. For the record, the material we use is 4-way stretch, -60 degree, 30,000 rub-tested motorsports material; waterproof, UV/sunfade proof.

And yep 2.52 pitch... yep, new drive axle to fit new drivers made this coming week...
cough cough newmotorcough cough never mind that..think I am coming down with something cough cough:devil:

Your wait for the front end is nearinig its end....I'll put it on here when it's done, hopefully this time next week.

Happy trails:)

Possibly interested

My kid is going to be 8 in about 2 weeks(Feb. 13th) and he is on the bigger side.
Kitty Cat has never been considered, thought about a 120-he's really too big.
Then I thought a Bravo/Enticer 250/300, but what your doing is more inline with what he should be on.
Want to see and know more, what's available & what I should be looking for?

120's are cool for sure, and we've had them here. But I think a stock Scoot or maybe a Sport (if he is really accomplished) would be really great for your 8 year old.... what we are doing is definitely geared towards the kid in all of us adults:)

I am inquiring, DEFINITELY so I can get on it.
Has there ever been any engine/ehaust mods available for these?
What tends to to be the weal link on these scoot/sport?

As of right now, we have the ski/ski mount kits avail (excellent performance gain and weight loss), lighting kits, seat restoration and recovering, decal kits, painting.

Testing a new hi performance clutch set-up this week for the stock scoot engine!

what are you doing for transmission? is it going be any bit reliable with a stroked and big bored banshee engine? what made you choose that engine? I have a banshee (have to do something in the summer) with a 404 big bore and it definitely has juice!!!! should be sweet if it all works out!!

will you adopt me?

No banshee engine here...that is Triplemax's dungeon lab creation, but I am quite sure that an engine of that hp, torque and weight would destroy the Scoot frame without significant gusseting, bracing and beefing. No, we have something different lurking under our shroud of secrecy:light:....

This is my first time on this to chime in on this but I cant wait either! My boy is gonna be 7 this summer and he is also on the bigger side, I am intrigued by this build, might be one in his future. Lets see this thing! We are all ready!

What elevation or you testing at ? We ride 2200'-5000' the sno sport runs great at 2200' but I know when a friend has taken his son's up {sno scoot} above 3500' it falls on it's face.

Freak, we are at an astounding 910 ft above sea level.... here in MN.. I may be looking for some high altitude scoot junkies willing to test for me out there...

And Dragon68, as for your 7 year old boy... you may not want him on this one:)

Maybe I will let a couple things out of the bag tomorrow night...doing some testing in the morning.

I hear you there - my kid has progressed past the scoot and is riding an Attack, but I didn't want to get rid of the scoot and Tony (BHM) does a great job. This thing is going to be radical. I agree no real reason to build one - but there wasn't any reason to build the 1,200 HP 'Cuda or the 160 MPH asphalt drag sled either - except it is a blast!

BHM - knowing what is under the hood, as well as the other changes, I agree this is going to be way cool. THe guys from NY have been bugging me as well to get pictures to put on there website but I haven't given them anything. The info you sent me the other day looked great.:face-icon-small-blu:

Thanks Mahaman!

Put it this way, this little thing should feel right at home with the rest of the beasts in Mahamans stable.

Scott, look for an email before the end of the day:)

Now I would not put him on a sled beyond his capabilities, I would keep it for me to "get it dialed in" until he was competent! I just wanna see the finished product. I think a scoot would be a good choice for my boy due to the size and such of the stock machine. Moving it past stock to the next step as he grew would be more appropriate. So how much longer will we be waiting? Hopefully not much, I have no patience anymore as a result of my sons. LOL. Keep us posted!

Dragon68 - I was riding last week in Little Falls MN and noticed a snowsport (125cc) for sale in front of a house. I forgot to stop and get the number when I went back through, but I expect to be up in that area again within the next few weeks. If you are interested I will try and remember to grab the number - let me know.
