Sno scoot's actually don't have a belly pan they are just open in the front and the hood is all one piece that goes over the footwell's.

Suggestion...
Belly pan for more flotation.
New Polaris Assault handlebars OR the new fabcrafts in 2", 4" or 6" rise that incorporates the Mountain grabstrap.

Now that I got the kids 300 enticer mod done I need to finish this thing and see how it does. I cant wait.
since it has a banshee motor, are you gunna shift it like a quad? or are you gunna put snowmobile clutchs on it somehow ???
It will have a sixspeed trans. and shift just like a banshee and have a hand clutch.
i put AC z120 skis on my scoot,much better then the stock snoscoot skis,very nice project you got going

I hope the shifting manually works for you but I think if you had a CVT on there you would be further ahead but the testing will show if its possible
I would aso put a belly pan on it and wrap the pipes for more consistant results.Not sure how big the gas tank is but it may also need to be addressed.

since tony(Bullhead moto ) is not chiming in here is his equally sweet snoscoot,no where near the ponies of this one-his is not finish yet either ..lol

Ive been busy with work and riding so the scoot project has been slow. We built another sled for my son this spring and have been playing with it. Its also on performance/modified under 1980 enticer mountiansled. The 300 is working really good. Have some video but dont know how to put it on here.
