Lynx/300LX track on matryx

i saw that when i was looking at part numbers
Has anyone installed the 3.25 on a 22-23 yet???
So what is the better track for washington state snow? I ride a 22 matryx khaos boost 155. Around 230 with gear on. The 300lx for $1245 or the 2024 skidoo/lynx track for $1642. Both prices are with shipping and tax. Is the skidoo worth the extra $400?
Get the 300LX. It rips in our snow.
Chadly does it trench like the factory Polaris 3” ?
Can you compare it to Series 8? It almost looks similar through the center with the alternating lugs

I don't think anything trenches as bad as that Polaris track. Remember the 300 is 3.5 pitch. I think that makes a huge difference.
Dont happen to have a shipping weight on that do you? curious about the weight after cutting to 15" after all this weight talk

The freeride 165 15" 3" track weights 48lbs. The polaris 2.75 165 weighs 46.8lbs.
Cool thanks. Any idea about the trimmed LX300?
I will have to look at the invoice (if there is one) when I get home. I was never provided a tracking number, it just showed up so I can't reference that.

why would you even consider the work of cutting a track when you have 2 other options? Just get the new skidoo track.
For me, it was cheaper to buy the 300LX from TracksUSA and have them narrow it for an extra $100. Was like $1285 to my door. Lynx I think was around 14-1500.
This makes me wonder about how durable the freeride track is. Buying a new track every year isn’t something I would into.

The series 8 is not even worth comparing to the gen5 doo track or new freeride/lynx track.
Doo tracks have been delaminating over the last 5 years with any real trail usage.
I put a beating on the 300lx and no delamination.
