Yeah you are correct. It straight from 2024 Doo Spec Book:

i saw that when i was looking at part numbers
Get the 300LX. It rips in our snow.So what is the better track for washington state snow? I ride a 22 matryx khaos boost 155. Around 230 with gear on. The 300lx for $1245 or the 2024 skidoo/lynx track for $1642. Both prices are with shipping and tax. Is the skidoo worth the extra $400?
The new doo track works better than the 300 in the heavy coastal snow, not sure in other snow conditions, its the best track I have seen or used.
I don't think anything trenches as bad as that Polaris track. Remember the 300 is 3.5 pitch. I think that makes a huge difference.Chadly does it trench like the factory Polaris 3” ?
Dont happen to have a shipping weight on that do you? curious about the weight after cutting to 15" after all this weight talkNew track arrived already (300LX narrowed to 15"). Took exactly 1 week. As far as tension goes, should I just set it to factory 2.75 specs? Hoping to get it on this weekend if I get my sled back from the clutch recall. This thing looks awesome, can't wait for some snow!

Cool thanks. Any idea about the trimmed LX300?The freeride 165 15" 3" track weights 48lbs. The polaris 2.75 165 weighs 46.8lbs.
I will have to look at the invoice (if there is one) when I get home. I was never provided a tracking number, it just showed up so I can't reference that.Dont happen to have a shipping weight on that do you? curious about the weight after cutting to 15" after all this weight talk

why would you even consider the work of cutting a track when you have 2 other options? Just get the new skidoo track.Cool thanks. Any idea about the trimmed LX300?
For me, it was cheaper to buy the 300LX from TracksUSA and have them narrow it for an extra $100. Was like $1285 to my door. Lynx I think was around 14-1500.why would you even consider the work of cutting a track when you have 2 other options? Just get the new skidoo track.

The series 8 is not even worth comparing to the gen5 doo track or new freeride/lynx track. Can you compare it to Series 8? It almost looks similar through the center with the alternating lugs

Doo tracks have been delaminating over the last 5 years with any real trail usage. This makes me wonder about how durable the freeride track is. Buying a new track every year isn’t something I would into.
