First ride… no good

I don’t see the bushing in the parts diagram, anyone have a part number? Gonna try to get a new clutch from Polaris regardless.

I dont believe you can buy that bushing from polaris They need to give you a new clutch under warranty .

No Sh!t ! Factory worker took a smoke break a little to early that day huh. Crazy, well at least you figured it out.

Should be the same bushing as any other TSS-04, but would rather take the new warrantied one by the looks of that hammer out hole

Push them for a new belt also that couldn't have been to good for it.

Yep, I will definitely be after a new clutch and belt. Not sure what else to expect. Really frustrated that I’ve been chasing this on a brand new sled sled since Feb 3rd. Its got 24 miles on it now, missed out on the best riding of the year. Wish I would have ridden it stock before putting a different track on and chasing a potential issue there that never existed.

we had one un screw, ended up with the outer secondary sheeve in my hand and the inner still attached.
