Lynx/300LX track on matryx

I’ve seen sleds with vibrations suddenly lose all vibrations after replacing the driveshaft.

(No matter what track is on it)

I think some loose manufacturing tolerances are playing around.
 
Can someone explain to me how they plan to fit a 3.25 lug on these next year? What am I missing?
Ive wondered this as well. With the 3” Lynx track on my boost there is about 1/2” between the lug tip and front cooler. Going to be very tight in there with a 3.25” track. I did use a 3” PC with avids on my last axys, it did vibrate a bit. Personally I think the doo/Lynx 3” performs much better than the 3” PC.

Different cooler design.

Agree. Although I haven’t tested a 165 yet.
 
I'm likely one of the 300LX owners this was directed at, ice build up is not my issue, it vibrates immediately out of a heated shop. Still working on figuring out if its a track or clutch issue. Vibation is definitely coming from the clutches... but I think the track and/or drivers MAY be causing it. I'll report back when I get it figured out.
Not a track issue. Was a clutch issue.
 
They even said it only fits in the 24s. Will not fit in previous models.

Can a 325 be stuffed in a 22-23 model?..... probably..... but clearance will be MINIMAL and not recommended.
 
I’d like to see what they changed on the 24’ for the 325 track for tunnel clearance. Can’t believe they’d make a big change in tunnel and/or cooler for it, unless all 24’ mountain sleds are the same and can fit a 325 even if you order a 275.

They said all 24's have been revised.
I assume thats just the mountain segment

Might be 3/4 of an inch clearance on 2.75. Really minimal if someone tried the 325. My dealer said it's also $1700 for the track. If one doesn't detour people the other will.
 
Where did you find this info? I've looked through a bunch of the info on this track and can't find anything about a cooler redesign, which seems like a pretty big deal. Also seems like an expensive re-tool for them.

I suspect they are just cramming it into the current tunnel. This smells of the the MY2021 3.5 pitch debacle.
