Lost Lake?

Went up Primrose yesterday. Trail is bumpy and icy as usuall. Took us less then an hr to get up the lake. had 6 people in our group.

I thought the snow was good. Some places a good 6inches, some a good foot, and someplace and a foot in half.

it was just bearly snowing when we started to head to the trail around 4:45

Lost Lake is incredible. Went up Tuesday and 2 and 1/2 to 3 feet of fresh POW. Untouched at the time and tore it up the best we could. had to come back to work so HAVE AT IT BOYS!!!! Get it while it lasts!!!!

Went in Snug Harbor yesterday. Trail in good shape. Snow about 6" on Snug side not wind blown yet. got deeper as we went to Seward side. Dropped off into trees above south end Kenai Lake looking at bridge before Primrose Rd. All I can say is WOW. Deep snow, blue bird sky, 20ish temp. One of the best days I've ever spent at Lost Lake. If you are into climbing, perfect conditions on all mountains. Snow is flat about 6-12" most climbs we made, nothing hard to hit, perfect. Piont and go, turn out when air gets thin and vision narrows. Had a blast blowing thru drifts, all soft yesterday. Watch out for holes, be safe. Talked to people that went to lake and they said just got deeper closer to Seward. Pin it to win it. Will post a vid later of morning climb. What program to edit .avi files for youtube?

OK not the best vid I've seen compared to others but 1st and only one I got. First time putting one up also. Need to change camera angle and get sound back but gives you an idea. Wish I would have gotten some in the trees. Going back Friday so maybe get ya some then.
