Wondering if anyone went up this week? Went to turnagain and went up and over this last weekend and it was awesome,, up to 3 feet of poofy, and solid covering everywhere, just tracked up in a lot of places. Was wondering if the trip from anchorage would be worth it...

It's been raining and warm....again
All of the snow has been melted out of the trees...... don't know what it's like up top, but this has been a crappy snow year...at least here.
Have you been up to the trail head of Firemans..Is it as trashed out as it was a few weeks ago

Haven't been up top, but the snow is washed out of all the trees, and more rocks are showing up high again.......on that note it is clearing up and getting colder...my forcast is it's gonna be mostly concrete or tracked up
I'll be at LL tomorrow, will post a report when I get back.
I went to Lost Lake today. Went up firehouse trail. Its in pretty bad shape now. I packed rope incase we had to pull sleds up slick spots but we managed. Pretty track up and hard on top but down low in the trees you can find OK snow. Nothing to brag about but better than sittin on you a** at home. Was doing a little raining in the parking lot and a little snow fell while we were up there. Maybe an inch or so.. If you head there this weekend have fun and be careful..
I'll be parking at Primrose tomorrow morning. If you see a noob on a blue nytro mtx that will be me.
Good time for sure. I dont coach hockey but do the medic stuff during the summer at the MotoX track.

I went up to lost lake today from the snug harbor side. The sun was out and hot all day. between 6'' - 1' of fresh snow at the lake. wasnt tracked up at all and the snow under the fresh powder was soft. Definetly the best ride of the year even though my left hyfax came of the rail.

Road LL Saturday with Water_gremlin. Snow was pretty good, a couple inches of new snow in most spots. Last weeks snow was set up and you could go just about any ware. We managed to find some snow that wasn’t set up all the way on a couple of the alpine lakes. Didn’t last long though The trail was bumpy, but not as icy as usual.

Went up Saturday from fireman's first shoot is bad, but took the switchback and made up the rest first try, comin down looked pretty bad. Snow was pretty decent in some spots, just gotta find it in the trees untouched on the right side, all the common areas are tracked to **** tho, still had an awesome day it was blue bird all day, and actually found some spots with like up to 2 feet of poofy, but all in all it needs to freegn snow. Checked Nelly 1 (unsure on spelling) Sunday and that was pretty awesome, other than crossing the same damn creek like 14 times lol, but around 3 feet of soft stuff if u look a little...
had a blast all day saterday , ran till the sun was completely gone but ended up bad,...... i lost my skidoo gas tank with av gas in it on the way back o around 7:30 iish so if you find one pm me.....thanks

Sounds GOOD!!! We sure need some fresh. I heard they were calling for it, but it is still clear and cold on the west side. -2 and stars shining right now.
Very light dusting this evening so far, but it is overcast
