Dangerous out there. Lots of human triggered slides in the southern madison , big sky, bridger and Hyalite. Be safe
Just need to exercise some common sense on where we ride right now.
October is EXACTLY ITS PRICE on us.
Hope everyone took FULL ADVANTAGE of the fresh snow over the weekend, because we aren't going to see any more for a while now.
The next week looks BONE DRY and ABOVE FREEZING.
It was dang cold, but the riding was pretty good!!

I really think we are in for a rough winter where we need to be READY to CHASE the snow the moment it comes.
Just the hard WARM realities of a freaking El-Nino..
Keep your sled ready and loaded in the trailer, and be able to BLAST out when the snow reports appear.
Might be a bit of a drive, but there WILL BE fresh Pow all winter long for those willing to chase after it.
Sure would have been nice Saturday Morning up in IP. That was one chilly start to the day.
El Niño and it’s jet stream are no bueno for us up north. You see how bad bc is? Can’t control the weather.
I don't think it is treating anyone on the west coast of north america well this season.

wish i could but with the nice weather and no frost people want to keep digging so off to work i go. headed to cooke on the 27th
really is crazy isn't it.
But Cooke does have snow at least.
Not sure how the next 10 days will treat it though.
So how’s the riding today Christopher? Looks like 6-10 inches last few days and sunny today. Of course iam at work. FYI talked to friend John Ho has a place in Cooke and he said it’s breaking sleds up pretty good right now so be careful there’s sharks in the water lol

I am seeing lots of big slab AVYs being reported.
Folks need to be cautious of where they ride and aware of whats underneath them.
