It is just a stupid comment. I am pretty open minded and probably come across as being really Liberal on this forum, when actually I am really a Libertarian.

I guess I just hate that most people on this forum think that if you are against the war, or support the REAL constitution that you hate America.

Illegals don't all break laws, sure you can say they broke the law by coming here illegally, but that would be like saying you sped on your 186 year old kid who is in the Marines is breaking the law because he is drinking beer with you when he is home on leave from Iraq.

They are both "status crimes" meaning it is ONLY a crime because of the status of the person. If another person of a different status did the same thing, it would not be a crime. These crimes are a joke.

When Jimmy Carter was in office he tried to change this countrys dependance on foreign oil , asked people to conserve energy, passed bills that encouraged development of alternative energy , solar, wind etc.

I think that imagration is not the only problem. It is one of them and yes it needs to be delt with. Here is my proposal.

1.) Stop all aid going to the continent Africa and other countrys. Most of the money we send over there is lost corruption. We could use that money to build up our economy to gain leverage.

2.) We need to boy cott suff from China more of less to get it manufactered over here.

3.) All the truckers need to stop for one day and not buy a drop of gas. That will force the oil companies hand to lower prices. It will rise and then fall.

4.) The North Koreans had a great idea. They called it no mans land. 100 yard width of land along the border with a mine field and guard towers. But we add an electrified fence. It will cost alot but less then having the illegals leaching off of us.

5.) Lure a large amount of illegal aliens to one place like a stadium on an issue that is very important to them. Then have the Police, the military and the INS check thier papers and the ones who are illegal get put in military buses and are shipped back down to Mexico.
