Being an insurance claim, the dealer has included every single little item that has even the slightest amount of damage on it.
I'd look for myself or ask them to show you what the hidden structural damage is. If it is something minor that you can live with, you could just forget about the insurance claim and replace the minimum necessary parts out of pocket. It may be less than your deductible (screen being the wild card). It all depends on your expectations, but personally I would rather have a useable sled with a few scuffs on it than have sit in the shop in pieces for the majority of the winter.
