2024 Polaris Snowmobiles Launch

There's a couple boosts and 9rs on the floor at Gallatin Rec, I was killing some time in there the other day and was surprised to hear that they had rebates on them. $750 under msrp for a brand new in-season sled is the best deal I've seen since the beginning of covid.

I was surprised that included diamond s cans and a tunnel bag on the 9r's.

I damn near walked out with one the other day, but couldn't bring myself to buy a 9R. They didn't have any boosts, just a 2000 mile 19 with a boondocker.

I didn't even know about the cans and bags. They had 3 boosts but at least one was sold, and I think there were 3 9rs too and one was sold.

Have been on BRP sleds since -19 but the local dealer got kicked out and switched to Polaris. So I'm thinking about shopping around for a left over -23, or perhaps -22, Khaos this spring/summer.

Is there much of a difference between -22 and -23 that would affect reliability?
Will be looking for a 850 N/A 155" with no fancy gauge, or at least I wont pay anything extra for it.
There are differences. The 22 with the small gauge could not get the brake flash right away and the 23 could. This indicates Polaris had something different in the ECM. Also the 23's were supposed to get airbox updates. My 23 is a khaos 850 and appears to have the Cobra Cord (in black) on it.

3.25" track and new reversible ice scratchers. The two big highlights that Burandt just featured in his 24 preview vid.

...also some fancy new orange in the BNG department, woot woot!

Its impossible to compare because their snow is nothing like anywhere else. I did not like it in their sugar snow but who knows it might be awesome in the PNW, Idaho, or Montana snow.
Thanks, thinking about going with it for mccall snow. But no idea what Colorado sugar snow is like.

I hope they release smart warmers on the RMKs so we can watch the grey hair sit down riders implode
The old grey hair guys are the reason you have the mountain sleds today. we pushed the limits by building better chassis. The manufactures then saw a market niche and started to build what you ride today. And in the end, you will be grey someday. And probably sitting down more than you want to. good luck not growing old. I am 65 and still ride the back country tree riding very well and yes, I do sit when on the trails to save energy and lessen the pain in my knees.

This is exactly the type of attitude I'd expect to hear if it got released. Love the sensitivity and taking credit for innovation. Can't wait to tell my grandkids that Tesla's are the way they are because we were loyal beta testers. Let's just keep this energy if they ever do release it.
