Gas near green rock?
Going to snowies in a few weeks and haven't been there in a few years. Was wondering about gas by green rock. Any lodge open anymore? Staying at Mountain Meadow and don't want to have to load up sleds to get gas.

No gas up there, the lodge is open but no services, they're just renting the two big cabins.
BTW, it's been snowing and BLOWING hard for the last three days. We were down in 7 fools yesterday, snow was about windshield deep. WOO HOO!

Headed to Albany Lodge later this week...
Does anyone have a good grasp on what the conditions should be like?
Also, there is just 2 of us coming out, so if anyone wants to ride together, I'm a believer that 3-5 is the best group size, I'm open to it! We will be riding Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Thanks a useful link would have been appreciated too. I already googled it and all the links are not very useful didn't know if a few experts had a sight that they liked to use. If a out of stater was looking for good info on Michigan I would tell them what sites to use and what ones to stay away from.
Takes as much time to do what you did as it would have been to copy and paste a useful site. **** I have 10 of them in my favorites and it takes about 10 sec to click it and copy and paste it to a reply.

Welcome to Snowest! We rode at Albany this weekend and the snow was amazing! Visibility was poor but we had an awesome time. Weather this weekend looks a little warmer so it may be set up a little but there should be plenty of snow!

Challenge your fears , and wont exactly say I was " missin" work , Thanks Guys have fun ridin this week ,snow is awesome , still !
I personally drove all over that mountain yesterday and found no snow, it's all piled up at Dan's house.
