Who's ready for the snow show?

Helmet, suspension upgrades, & trailer grip glides are the main focus for me. Anything else is just frosting! Went to the Salt Lake Show last year and had a good time. Looking forward to checking out Denver.

Be sure to bring those little ones by the BOONDOCKERS movie booth so they can take home some stickers!

That is a most definite... Boondockers is their favorite sled flicks... During BD3, they new Phatty's segment and would say "Hi Phatty"... it was so funny... BD3 and BD 7 seem to be their favs so far... They have really been enjoying TS11 on the iPad this year... See ya in a few weeks...

What is everyone most excited to see? For me it's the new BoonDocker turbo kits and the ski doo xm. I would say the new pro rmk, but hopefully I'll be picking mine up this week. The new zbroz front ends should be good too.

Looking forward to getting all the new vids... Also in the market for a new lid and goggle setup, Really eyeing the 509 cf and aviators:beer;:face-icon-small-hap

I'll be there at the HaberVision booth again this year. New goggles out this year. Dedicated Snowmobile goggle with nose guard, couple other new goggles as well. Because of the new layout we will be in a different location. Will have some great show only specials. Stop by and say hi, I'll only be there Saturday and Friday because of a wedding on Friday I need to be at.

Hate that I'm missing it this year, really wanting to meet up with some peeps and grab some new gear!! Why does my sister have to turn 30 during the snow show? F-ing females...
Have a blast y'all!

RockyMountainSnowmobile will be there with a booth. We are coming from Utah with a full complement of 509, MotorFist, Klim, Ogio, HMK, and more. Look forward to seeing you all there! BTW, what's the highway like between Laramie and Ft. Collins? Does it save much time over going through Cheyenne? We have a very large trailer that isn't much fun on smaller highways.

I would just take I-80 to I-25. Hwy 287 can be quicker, but you can also get caught behind slow drivers/semi's. Even if you hit 287 perfect (going 70+mph in a 65) you are only saving ~10-15min max over taking I-25 from Cheyenne. Plus with 287 you have to drive through Fort Collins which can take even more time if you don't know the quick routes to get back out to I-25.

I would come down thru Price then across on 70...least that is the route I take when going back and forth to the SLC area from the Denver area.

80 can be windy and have speed restrictions for long distances.

I've never seen speed restrictions on I-80 during the non winter months unless there's road construction and it dives down to one lane. Definitely speed restrictions during the winter when the roads are covered with snow/ice. Elk Mountain is the worst part of that stretch, and I go up there a couple times a month all year round.

Both routes are similar distance though...

Agreed on going through Price. I also feel it is quite a bit faster to go through 287 to Fort Collins. I'd say it is closer to a 45 minute savings. Take 287 to Mullberry and you have quick access to I-25.

Driving from Denver to Laramie on 287 vs I-80 saves ~16 miles. We usually pull the trailers on 287 in the winter, but check road/wind conditions on the WYDOT website prior to each trip. In the summer I usually go through Cheyenne.

IMO going on Owl Canyon is easier than Mulberry if you don't mind a dirt road. Only one stop sign vs a bunch of stoplights in town.
