Whistler - Pemberton 08-09 official report

Ya that super ganjala should save the town from economic ruins. ha ha.
Seriously though gonna be a cool attraction for non sporty people in the summer time.
Pooping rabbit skins in Stewart BC currently......... I don't think there is a place that gets the consistent snowfalls that this place does. Keeping my new cabin here.

Can't wait to ride with all my bros back in Wiss/pemby. That's what really makes sledding what it is.
Anyways .. I have my fingers crossed and am hoping Pem gets another good winter like last.

Thinking about a new business opportunity down there.......
Anyone have any ideas?

Your ex-partner's business in Pemby? what do you think? I think it's got potential but needs devotion and time witch he doesn't have at the moment.

ULLR is coming

Doh! You jinxed it now!! I wasn't going to mention the big red blob I saw over the pacific on the radar, but now the cat's outta the bag. I'm still not convinced though, and trying to figure out what the best ULLR sacrifice should be. I used to burn skiis back in the day, but what should it be for the sledders? Maybe this needs it's own thread?

Isn't it obvious??? We gotta burn an oldschool short track sled that was never meant to be anywhere near powder... and wouldn't you know it, I happen to have a 1981 yamaha ss440 with a 104" track with massive 3/8" paddles... I think burning that should appease the powder gods. lol

Geez, I feel left out, I don't have a sled to burn. I'm sure I burned enough belts and oil on the XP last year to appease ULLR though. Maybe I'll burn something tonight - that should ease the pain :-)
