Weight vs. Clicker

It's called and Eye For An Eye.....In the real world a person has a right to defend them self.

In Joe's case he hurts himself when he posts BS statements such as the TRA ramps do not move when clicking from #6 down to #5, #4, #3, #2 or #1

OT

I can't stand it!! Please give it up. I feel sorry for you as you clearly KNOW he understands what you are saying. Your acting like a child and I know you are bigger than that. Leave it alone and PLEASE quit muddling up a good thread with this STUPID CHILDISH argument! Thanks.

Joe is the one that rants that the ramps do not move. I just point out that the ramps do move

Joe has had plenty of oppurtunity to correct himself but chooses not to.

10 days ago Joe strated a thread with the same rant. His misleading thread has been removed from the forum.

Joe is mudding up threads with false statements ?

OT

No, your mudding up this thread with your childish behavior and insistant rant about those stupid ramps moving or not. We all know what they do and so does Joe, he just refuses to play your silly little game and I don't blame him.

I have never seen thunder shift heavy hitters down shift like super torquers CRA and mantain full shift out. Maybe the bugs are out of them and should be tried again.
The setups could have been using different helix's and/or secondary spring so that would be an influence on how the system backshifted.
There are a few ways to go with the TS levers.

Take the composites and move them away from the hinge pin, moving the center of gravity towards the flyweight pin. To enhance this even more one can install the 1st oversize roller and enhance even more install the 2nd oversize roller. Both will have light throttle response to allow the engine to increase rpms to the shift point.
To tailor the shift rpms one can take the start force of the primary spring and lower it, say going from 160/xxx down to 130/xxx to 100/xxx, to 70/xxx

Each larger oversize roller will raise the rpms of the start of the shift point. Guys who have success with these tend to use the 417 ramp as it has a high final angle on the ramp and will contribute to not allowing the engine to drift low rpms.

Again ot, you are confused and are misinforming.
1]My post was not a rant. The post was to be informative about how the TRA components work in the clutch.
2]The post was not deleted, the post is still there

it was locked down because of ot's childish behavior and determination to derail the topic.

I guess you don't remember bigdarrin telling you "...Don't let your head hit the computer monitor on the way out". :D

This thread is locked and OT is on a short "break" for the persistent and insistent name calling. We'll see you in 7 days.

For those who are confused, take your TRA primary apart click your clickers up to #6 you will witness the ramps move. Once on #6 click your clicker down to #1 take your thumb and push the ramp down until the ramp come to rest on the clicker #1 offset.....Than ask yourself if your thumb can move the ramp from #6 to #1 some way some how the ramp must move when primary is assembled.

Keep on mis-leading folks you guys are doing a fine job. :D

OT

Perhaps the ramp is stationary.....and the rest of the universe revolves around the ramps.....seems that is the case on here lately.
What if I NEVER change my clickers.....does the ramp move?? Yes or no?

If you NEVER change clickers NO......Now what happens if you change clickers ?....Such as when clicking from #6 down to #1 do the ramps move ? Yes or No ?

Furthermore why are the TRA clickers even needed ? Polaris, Cat & Yammi don't think there needed. :D

I think OT is missleading all of us. When I adjust the ramps on either of my XP's , there is no "clicking" sounds. (motor shut off) . Do I need to adjust these while running to hear the clicking or do I need to remove the primary spring to achieve the previously mentioned clicking. If anyone else can hear a clicking when adjusting please let me know what I am doing wrong, otherwise I will have to belive that OT is missleading us all with false information. I have tried going from position 1 to 6 and from 6 to 1, just cann't figure out where the clicking has gone , I hope that the lack of clicking doesn't adversly affect my performance. I sure hope OT isn't missleading us with his knowledgeable posts on this forum.

Please make sure and shoot video when you adjust clickers "on the fly" ... it'll look like the Coyote on an episode of Road-Runner; should be entertaining though :D j/k Eddy ... we all know you're just being sarcastic about OT ;)
