Its slim out there folks, snowing like crazy up high as we speak, but still amounting to nothing down low. Here is a shot of the new Keyhole trail we are working on and the Allan parking lot and trail entrance as of 11am this morning. Notice the headlights of some sad sledders. They even unhooked the trailer and drove up a ways to find no snow yet.

I will do my best to keep you posted, but I am still saying that it is not ready yet. If it keeps snowing like this, it should be soon This time last year I was stuck in the snow in the back parking area

I'm having a hard time believing we might be able to ride anytime in the next 2 weeks.

Allen Creek Conditions

6 of us rode Allen Creek this weekend. The trail up was sketchy at best. 4" of snow from the parking lot and not that great until about km6. At the cabin there is about 4' and a good 2' + of fresh everywhere you went. Still some creeks open that you need to be aware of but the best riding we have seen in many many years. Maybe 15 people on the hill both days. No real base yet so you need to be careful for the few rock and and stumps. Trail up needs a week of cold weather and snow before it will get much better but it was well worth the trip. I will have to get pics from my buddy but I will post them when I catch up with him later this week. If you don't mind the trail up you will have a blast if it keeps snowing

I think we rode with you guys... orange M8, turbo nytro, and a REV..... creeks are open, trail is greasy... tons of rocks, but up top it was very nice for this early.... I was skeptical driving the 6 hours to not be able to ride, but it was worth it. Saturday was clear and the mountain got 6 inches at the parking lot... maybe 2-3 feet up top.

It's time now boys.

I think we rode with you guys... orange M8, turbo nytro, and a REV..... creeks are open, trail is greasy... tons of rocks, but up top it was very nice for this early.... I was skeptical driving the 6 hours to not be able to ride, but it was worth it. Saturday was clear and the mountain got 6 inches at the parking lot... maybe 2-3 feet up top.

It's all we took guys... too busy riding, but the bare bones of it was about 2.5 - 3 feet behind hill climb.

haha yep thats me. thanks for the pics. those were enough to make me pull the trigger on this weekend. i thought i recognised that cat. shes a nice lookin sled. you going up again this weekend?

Id like to.. maybe save some snow for the other's that havn't gone out yet haha.

It's quite the drive for a weekend... I got to miss school Friday so that's why we went.... but the turbo wasn't working(O-T-H for that DARN DOG BUS! Brand new ECU over night and the turbo was back up again... Saturday was the honey pot for sure.

Whoever makes it out this weekend will have a blast Im sure.
