It was a great weekend of riding. Chappell had up to a few feet of fresh. Allan and Clemina recieved a bit of fresh most evenings, making for an excellent time on the hills.

More snow in the forcast ! Keep it coming !

Me and a few friends were thinkin of coming to Valemount this coming up weekend and just wondering how easy it is to get rooms right now. Do we need to make reservations or can we pick a hotel when we get there usually? Thanx.

depends, id make a reservation. try the challet continental. it hasnt been super busy but its supposed to be a great weekend sooo u never know

some close at 10-11pm so depending what time you get in

Mountains are a complete whiteout right now with light snow falling in town. Semi's driving by from the south are snow covered

Havent been out since Sunday, but reports of DEEP SNOW are coming in

Trailhead staff reported constant snowfall in the parking areas while collecting today. More and more ! Keep er coming !

Surprised I beat the Varda boys to this post! They must have better things to do...

You two missed out on the s*** show.... One of the nytros piled up a chain case half way out the bowl by the lake.... didn't get off the hill till 930


Chappel is SICK.... anyone out here this weekend would not be let down.

Probably 4 feet of fluffy stuff.... snowing like a bastard up top as we left.

Excellent snow out there folks, but please play as safe as possible this weekend and stick to the lower bowls and meadows

The new snow has brought the steeper slopes to a dangerous point. Numerous natruals and sled triggered size 1 and 2's seen today with much larger potential. Witnessed some very bad choices from the sledding community today, use your head and play safe out there !

Ditto on that. Super bowl slid twie yesterday, and then what slid in there yesterday slid again today. I watched Curtis and Dwayne(sp?) do the testing... it's not good guys and girls.

awesome and awesome..blue river still has a ton but got a little warm..

chappel might be a bit tracked as it was sunny all weekend with lots of people

but it snows there every night so im sure its all covered again!!

hit allen thurs, clemina fri, allen sat and allen sun.

1st day at allen rode in the clouds. mustve been 8inches in the parking lot. 2feet+ everywhere. trees even more. tons of stucks. only got to hillclimb. only about 7trucks in the lot. had the whole mountain to ourselfs

friday at clemina... lots of fresh again. rode in the clouds again. day ended a little early with a blown head gasket on a cat. (damn nos) 10 trucks maybe

sat and sun rode allen with blue skies. saturday rode around hillclimb. day ended again with the cat on the wrong end of the rope (secondary) were able to switch secondarys with our other cat til the cabin started to get tracked up. sunday made it back to the super bowl and still tracked up but found some great spots. watched some turbos do some good pulls. esp the 4 apexs. friend has the camera and ill try to get some pics

btw i think most of the stucks i seen saturday was the parking lot. we got stuck... unhooked the trailer. unload the sleds... hook back up and load the sleds by the hiway. 3 more trucks stuck when we left. lol

Yup. Pulled out 2 trucks in the parking lot... One of them was a guy who had helped me out of a bad situation up on the hill; was nice to return the favor!
