Obama has outlawed all this stuff I have no use for it anymore. Make offer... any offer..... anyone? .....

I'll admit I laughed. I do have to change it though, I sold the 95 ZR this week. But it will take at least 6 years for them to close all of Montana.

Look at your whole rant, it is purely bashing liberal thinking with Republican talking points.

Talking points? I got that stuff from no one and I have never heard those things from Republican talking points. You want a talking point were all sick of? How about "change" puke, now....

I have lined out the major reasons I want Obama (and along the way pointed out flaws in republican thinking and even bashed some of Obama's plans). I just cannot find one person who likes McCain. This post proves McCain voters are voting a party or against Obama. :D

And why exactly is that bad? When is the last time we had JFK running against Ronald Reagan? We never have the candidtates we really want in there. Ill quote Libaugh again since your slow in the head on this. "We're dragging this yosemite sam Mccain across the finish line and we will deal with him after the election." One of these two bozos is going to be President there is NO stopping that. One of them is in bed with terrorists, marxists and black liberation theologists. The other is a proven war hero who we can guide and at the very least will do far less damage to this country and the constitiution than the other. That is a pretty real reason to vote for mccain.
IMHO the #1 requirement to be President of the United States should be to BE 100% PROVEN PATRIOTIC AND have a clean past free of anti-American associates. WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT? Because and listen closely libs....... THEY ALL LIE TO US! ITS THE ONLY WAY WE CAN TRULY JUDGE WHAT THEIR JUDGEMENT WILL BE LIKE.

At least you are not in denial the McCain is a puke and you are only voting for him because Reagan is your hero. I can respect that.

BTW, the economy and the government were not all that great when Reagan was president. If you want evidence, watch some 80s movies and the use of the term "Reaganomics" How short our memories are.

Sorry, I have to do this. At first this was Palin's response as to what the VP does, back in August, prior to her being selected:

Larry Kudlow of CNBC’s “Kudlow & Co.” asked her about the possibility of becoming McCain's ticket mate.
Palin replied: “As for that VP talk all the time, I’ll tell you, I still can’t answer that question until somebody answers for me what is it exactly that the VP does every day? I’m used to being very productive and working real hard in an administration. We want to make sure that that VP slot would be a fruitful type of position, especially for Alaskans and for the things that we’re trying to accomplish up here for the rest of the U.S., before I can even start addressing that question.”

Then, within the last couple days, she says:

The subject of the vice president's duties came up as Palin sat for an interview with KUSA-TV in Denver, which has a feature called "Question from the Third Grade." The interviewer asked, "Brandon Garcia wants to know, 'What does the vice president do?'"

"That's a great question, Brandon, and a vice president has a really great job, because not only are they there to support the president's agenda, they're like the team member, the team mate to that president," Palin said.

"But also, they're in charge of the United States Senate, so if they want to they can really get in there with the senators and make a lot of good policy changes that will make life better for Brandon and his family and his classroom. And it's a great job and I look forward to having that job," she said.

The "feel" comment was related to you.

Here is a quote from 2000 from McCain:
"I just have to rely on the good judgment of the voters not to buy into these negative attack ads. Sooner or later, people are going to figure out if all you run is negative attack ads you don't have much of a vision for the future or you're not ready to articulate it."

Not that you will look at it, but here is a website of flip flops with references to video and ligitimate new sources and other places the are legit. http://howinsaneisjohnmccain.blogspot.com/2008/03/mccain-never-met-position-he-didnt-like.html

If you really do go look at that and look up the sources, you will see that I am right.

But, that is not the point. The point is, not one person has come on here with a rational thought to vote for McCain.

I listed 7-8 points out, rationally. If you choose to discredit them, that is up to you.

You have yet to list for me, actual facts that show what Obama will do, or has done, to back up what he says.

This go's to show you that YOU are voting party line, and not voting for Obama.
Hell, if you believe what he says, I will sell you some ocean front property from here in Northern Utah. Best view around. You dont need proof its here, you should just trust what I say....RIGHT?

What McCain will do for me.
1. Will not allow a new tax on small business. No matter there income level.
2. Will not tax me as a business owner if I fail to provide health insurance for my employees.
3. Will not cut money from our Military.
4. Will not grant complete amnesty to illegals, but will allow them a chance to become citizens.
5. He will not have complete control of our Government. (Full Dem Congress)
6. Will not give out hand outs to every Tom Dick Or Harry, no matter if they work or not.
7. Instead of raising taxes, he will cut spending. Like that 850 Billion that Obama wanted to send out in Foreign aid.

I can rattle on.

In rebuttal, I ask that you show how Obama has done the same as these. Not saying he will do them, but HAS done them. I don't believe in talk, I want actual actions.

If this is the post you are talking about, most of these are items he will not do, not what he will do. Tell me what JOHN MCCAIN will do to benefit this country and why that is worthy of your vote.

Want my Obama quick and dirty list:
1. Will restore tax structure in place under Clinton's term, which was very successful.
2. Will attempt to fix medical care. I don't think his entire plan will go as they will have to make concessions for the Republicans, but something is better than nothing.
3. Will fix social security. This has not been campaigned on, but he is proposing the quick easy fix to SS. Right now, at $102,000 in compensation, SS ends. He is proposing to reinstate it at $250,000, at a reduced percentage.
4. Will divert our forces where they should be, out of Iraq and into Afghanistan/Pakistan.
5. Restore the worlds confidence in America, as Clinton did, by utilizing diplomacy rather than threatening force in all situations.
6. Ensure the woman's right to choose is upheld.
7. Ensure investment in alternative fuels is accelerated.
8. Put in place measures to reduce pollution.
9. Ensure all snow is diverted from Utah and bury MT, WY, and Idaho in snow, all 12 months of the year (we already have 10 months).

So, that is my list! I could go on, but gotta put lil man to bed and get ready to fly to Kentucky.

John Mccain provides the experience, as if that is a good thing, I tend to prefer someone like Palin who says stupid things because she is innocent and new and un-corrupt. What matters are her intentions and her record. She is a proven reformer and a down to earth American who cares more about the people than a power grab. When she is faced with decisions she will have the unlimited resources of the US govt to provide advice her and she can make her judgment call which I trust will be made for the good of the people, unlike a dirty politician.

Have you been living in a cave the last week? From the documented abuse of power to the taxpayers of Alaska paying tons of money for her family to fly (and changing the records after McCain selected her). I can see some of the points, but no honest human baing can believe what I have in bold above.

I am not saying Obama/Biden are going to be better, but she is definitely proven corrupt. More proven to be corrupt than Obama.

Ok, I will use your list to make this easy, if you dont mind.
Want my Obama quick and dirty list:
1. Will restore tax structure in place under Clinton's term, which was very successful. McCain will keep the tax structure that was set in place by Bush. Which is more successful then Clintons.
2. Will attempt to fix medical care. I don't think his entire plan will go as they will have to make concessions for the Republicans, but something is better than nothing.I dont really care about this at this point.
3. Will fix social security. This has not been campaigned on, but he is proposing the quick easy fix to SS. Right now, at $102,000 in compensation, SS ends. He is proposing to reinstate it at $250,000, at a reduced percentage.I still think its a lost cause.
4. Will divert our forces where they should be, out of Iraq and into Afghanistan/Pakistan.McCain actually has enough experience to know that he needs to keep our troops in Iraq and finish the job.
5. Restore the worlds confidence in America, as Clinton did, by utilizing diplomacy rather than threatening force in all situations.McCain knows that being the France of the world will do nothing for us in this situation.
6. Ensure the woman's right to choose is upheld.McCain will fight for our childrens right to live.
7. Ensure investment in alternative fuels is accelerated.McCain will do the same, but knows its a long road. He will actually solve our problems short term before wasting our resources for down the road.
8. Put in place measures to reduce pollution.I highly doubt either will do anything about this.
9. Ensure all snow is diverted from Utah and bury MT, WY, and Idaho in snow, all 12 months of the year (we already have 10 months).McCain will hopefully make Montana have a 10 year drought, just for you.

So, that is my list! I could go on, but gotta put lil man to bed and get ready to fly to Kentucky.

There's you a few. Or do these not count?

There's you a few. Or do these not count?

We obviously have our philisophical differences, but yours are just for you, mine are for the greater good of the country. Like health care, you don't care because obviously your employer pays yours. Well mine does to, so to me personally, it does not matter. But what about those 150 million people that are not as fortunate.

But the real reason I want to comment, I want to hear how Bush's tax plan has been more successful than Clinton's. Honestly, I can show you how it is not. I want to see your reason for believing that.

I got the popcorn in the microwave, waiting for the response.

Want my Obama quick and dirty list:
1. Will restore tax structure in place under Clinton's term, which was very successful.taxes on the rich are passed on to the working class, and Obama cannot pay for the things he wants to without raising taxes across the board, unfortunately even that wont work because revenues will drop as jobs decrease
2. Will attempt to fix medical care. I don't think his entire plan will go as they will have to make concessions for the Republicans, but something is better than nothing.better than nothing? since when is this a right? I cant find it in the constitution. every american and even illegals has free health care, just not a free copay system.
3. Will fix social security. This has not been campaigned on, but he is proposing the quick easy fix to SS. Right now, at $102,000 in compensation, SS ends. He is proposing to reinstate it at $250,000, at a reduced percentage.where is he getting this money again? please remind me
4. Will divert our forces where they should be, out of Iraq and into Afghanistan/Pakistan.sickening, all the American blood lost there in the name of Iraqi freedom and homeland security just so we could tuck tail and run home right when we're right on the verge of completing the job, unbelievable :(
5. Restore the worlds confidence in America, as Clinton did, by utilizing diplomacy rather than threatening force in all situations.sure we could use some of this but not at the expense of the world leaders thinking we are cowards. momar kadafi got his act together because he didnt want to end up like saddam at the end of a rope
6. Ensure the woman's right to choose is upheld.murder is great. good point
7. Ensure investment in alternative fuels is accelerated.how about investment in Oil and gas as well? All conservatives are for alternative fuels, all fuels, Obama however is against all carbon based fuels. hey did you know windmills are killing bats? Shall we ban windmills? That ***ger Clinton flew into Utah on the last days of his presidency and shut down our coal mines in southeastern Utah. That coal mine produced the cleanest coal in the world. Whatta dick!
8. Put in place measures to reduce pollution.just what we need, more corporate America restrictions so the Chinese can move even further ahead of us. let me ask you, when you libs bankrupt corporate America from insane tax rates and EPA restricitons who will pay for your welfare programs?
9. Ensure all snow is diverted from Utah and bury MT, WY, and Idaho in snow, all 12 months of the year (we already have 10 months). You may want to look into some cross country skis to play on all your new snow with

So, that is my list! I could go on, but gotta put lil man to bed and get ready to fly to Kentucky.

unreal....

We obviously have philisophical differences too. But the thing is, how come you believe in killing innocent Iraqis, but are so against an unborn child at the expense of a woman's right?

And the social security comment, might want to retract your statement. That will bring in MORE revenue, it is not increasing benefits, just paying for the ones that are currently due.

Can anyone on here tell me that Clinton cut taxes? And can anyone on here tell me that we had less jobs when Clinton's presidency ended than when he began? Now tell me how raising taxes will eliminate jobs?

Are you people really that blind with Ronald Reagan staring at you in the face? Remember, he raised taxes too.

And it is snow shoes, not cross country skis. See, it is better to cross country ski AFTER a groomer has gone through, and you know that uses gas. Snow shoes just go out in the middle of the deep snow. Nah, that is too much work, let's just use a helicopter to participate in some arial wolf hunting.

Like her all you want, she's hosed McCain!! And not in a good way!!

2001400ex,

So tell me, what makes you the expert on Health-care???? I noticed that you are a CPA? You are very wrong on your quote about the uninsured, the current number is 40 million. Makes me wonder how many of those are illegal immigrants? So do you have any concept of what the current health-care impact is to the GDP? Lets see its 14.9% of the GDP, why is that? Because of Medi-Care and Medi-Caid.

Health-care in the U.S. is the greatest system in the world. It allows patients whom have an Acute Myocardial Infarction (heart attack) to be treated with an average ER door to Cardiac Intervention in less the 45 minutes. In Canada for example, a patient may have Cardiac Cathertization and be told that they need Coronary Bypass Grafting and that they have to wait 6 months, where in the U.S. they can have a Bypass that same day! I just loved the movie "Sicko" and it is obvious you did as well. I think the only difference was that I saw how great our system is.

Government run Health-care is and has been in place since the creation of Medi-Care. The current VA health system is government run. Now lets examine those two items; first off Medi-Care, why is Medi-Care "broke"? Well lets see at Medi-Care's creation the average American was living to the age of 62 and now with the health-care system as great as it is, the average American is living until the age of 76. Oh I also need to throw in the Baby Boomer generation which will increase the demand on Medi-Care by 30%. So yes there is a dramatic increase in Medi-Care claims. While claims for care are on the increase the Democrats in congress year over year have raided the funding for other programs.

The VA, while a good system, it provides our Veterans with very good comprehensive health care, which all vet's deserve. Very similar to Medi-Care it is funded by Congress. Year over year Congress continues to short change the ever growing population of VA patients. Budgets for the VA during the Clinton Administration were cut to levels where the VA health-care system had to reduce aggressive treatment programs for our Vet's.

I cannot begin to tell you how many time that I have seen patients who have traveled South of the border to obtain the Health-care that they need and cannot receive in Canada. It is really sad in acute situations to see what system works and which one does not. I will stand firm with the Health-care system that we have.

The way to control Health-care costs is not to provide "the same program as Congress gets", it is to make TORT reform a priority. It is not the blame of Pharmaceutical companies who's research year over year saves more lives then Lawyers do. It is not on the shoulders of the Insurance companies, it is on the shoulders of the Congress to do comprehensive TORT reform. It is also not on the shoulders of Doctor's, they only increase charges when their overhead rises because of major changes in their malpractice insurance, because of Lawyers. Oh and lets see, the Dem's controlled congress for 40 years and when they lost control, they blocked changes to the current TORT policy.

McCain does look at Health-care and his plan gets my vote. I guess I still am a bit confused how people can afford cigarette's and a cell phone, but cannot afford Health-care? I am also wondering why when you go to the DMV you are required by LAW to present and insurance card but when you go to the Doctor you are not?

Your ignorance on Health-care is proven by your miss-information on the numbers of uninsured. Obama's Healthcare will ruin the greatest system in the world. It is amazing to me that when leaders of other countries need Health-care, where do they end up? Mayo Clinic, Clevland Clinic, oh and yes they pay CASH!!! So why don't they get treated in their own countries?

OBAMA IS NOT PROPOSING A UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE LIKE CANADA! I HAVE NEVER SAID CANADA'S SYSTEM IS BETTER THAN OURS!

And my 150 million is not number of people uninsured. Read what I wrote. There are at least that many people that have to pay the increase when medical insurance increases every year. In my household of 3, I pay out of pocket for 1 person, my wife and I are under our work's plan and they cover the additional costs. So, when health insurance goes up 29% like mine did in June, I only have to cover the increase for 1 person. There are a ton of families that have to cover it for the entire family. That was my point.

I guess you not reading what I wrote must mean I have evidence you are illiterate then? (using your logic) :D

Actually your statement of illiterate is a statement back to you. Read your own statement, you mention "150 Million Americans not as fortunate", so what are you implicating? It's pretty obvious you are not a good CPA because you sure would not be complaining about the cost of your Health Insurance. You must have a cell phone? Then cancel your cell phone coverage, sell the crap you have listed under your Snowest signature, if you are going to complain. And yes Obama's health-care will have implications to the American people, that will force the system to a Canadian type of system. Maybe you should go back and study Health Care economics! Glad you are not my CPA!!!!;)

Thanks freak! but wait, theres more irrational nonsense!

Obama has outlawed all this stuff I have no use for it anymore. Make offer... any offer..... anyone? .....

You are right on the money FREAK, and good luck getting an offer on those toys, because they will probably just get confiscated anyway because they polute the evironment and destroy the fragile ecosystem and precious habitat for little protozoas and whatever...

Thanks for your elaborate discussion about liberalism - socialism - communism. I have studied a bit of history, and I agree those are the three main stages in the progression of a socio-economic meltdown of any "free" society.
1) Liberals come to power - and basically kick one of the legs out from under the table
2) They abolish conservative foundations and initiate socialist policy - trying to correct their oblivious mistake of kicking the leg...(the RICH get REALLY rich during this one...far more than under ANY conservative agenda)
3) The death spiral begins and the citizens either bail out the government, overthrow it or if they have no weapons they fall prey to the resulting communist agenda.

Bottom Line: We have to stay in the middle of the road, or we will lose what we have. Be it to the left, or to the right. Either extreme spells trouble. Do we need radical change? Obama wants to make radical changes and will use unproven tactics and has "daydreamy" goals. Some of them are appealling in many aspects, yet totally unrealistic. McCain wants to make educated conservative changes, some little, some big, using proven tactics and strategies that have worked in the past. McCain has the experience to execute them or at least find the best person for the job. In some areas radical change......probably wouldnt hurt, but why is Obamas approach from the school that everything is broken (even our flag???? whats wrong with it?)

But IMHO to think we should make HUGE changes to our country overnight is a huge mistake that will undoubtedly result in a clusterf*ck of gothic proportions.

Put this in sledhead terms:
Its a warm day, your sled is pig rich and bogged down and fouled out, so you plan to make an educated guess that if you change one main jet it wont be enough, so you go two sizes (given the experiences you have accumulated in years of riding sleds, and even possibly studying the jet table from the OEM)
But your BUDDY says this magazine said that the OEM is way off, regardless your sled is plenty fine with ten sizes leaner jets. You have the jets, what do you do? Go for the "pipedream" ride and chance the meltdown, or be happy with a couple jets down? Who has the SMART approach to finding the solution?

Many people will all differ in opinion here. Theres a lot of what ifs. Thats why its a forum. For the sharing of views and knowledge, and the enlightenment and personal fullfillment of learning new information, and chance to see others perspectives.
