The way my dealer told me is this is the first year that Cat isn’t forcing its dealers to take a set amount of sleds. Therefore a dealer can order 2 or 200 depend on their needs and carryover inventory. My dealer said they will order many less that usual since they usually blow out half of their current year sleds at a loss in Jan-Feb. So the sno check only thing will guarantee you the sled you want becaus your dealer might not bring that model in. I think dealers are more on the hook for sleds now because they pick exactly what they wanted, where in the past I believe Cat carried the interest for them.
I stand corrected. 2018 Spring Guarantee did have Cat Care after the first year. See below:
As of January 01, 2016, Arctic Cat started promoting and extending their own Arctic Cat Limited factory warranty on top of their standard
factory warranty during these promotional offers.
However, Arctic Cat may also elect to offer the promotional warranties through our partners at Cornerstone United, through the
Cat Care Program. Each retail program will designate which party is offering and administering the promotional warranty
period, with details within the respective bulletins.
Example: the Ride More Spring Guarantee Snowmobile sales program announced February 28, 2017 offers the consumer a 4-Year or 2-
Year Limited Warranty promotion. This warranty offer consist of the standard 12 months factory warranty and an additional 36/12 months
of extended service contract coverage through Cornerstone.
Should Arctic Cat decide to retain administration of a Promotional offer and provide extended promotional warranties beyond the factory
warranty program will designate this coverage as "Arctic Cat Limited
Factory Warranty" within the respective bulletin.
Example: the current Factory Authorized Clearance Event Snowmobile sales program announced February 28, 2017 offers the
consumer a 2-Year Limited Factory Warranty. Coverage and administration of the warranty is through the Arctic Cat factory, the same

Who's trading in their 19 for a 2020? Was considering it but the loss I would have to take just isn't worth it. These Arctic cat sales really hurt resale on the 19s.
If Arctic Cat sticks to their guns, your 2019 will IMO hold it’s resale next year when there is no surplus of new Alphas for sale that dealers are struggling to clear out of inventory. Only time will tell.

since we are on the subject of warranties. since people are always talking about how important warranties are for multiple reasons (selling a 3 yo sled to blowing them up...) I had it added to my 2019 a1.
is there a difference between the 4 year warranty from cat and the cat care program administered by cornerstone?
kinda funny but I assumed it was completely legit so didn't read small print (and actually cant find a few subsections) I'll call dealership tomorrow.
anyway my 4 year is from cornerstone and was $1k...
funny parts include $20 bux max per day rental reimbursement and $50bux pickup...Haha guess I wasn't counting on these anyway
