Yeah, tog was a bust. If you get the right group to go, I just might Snow not happening here.

The Tog trip is more about gettin out early even if it is skimpy. Hangin, tuning, riding. You're right though, we need real time info before we go back there again! I hate to say it, but unless we get 2 great storms locally, I am driving back to Laramie in two weeks. Great group going and guys out there.

No damage to the sled (yet), did get it hot running across Strawberry the other day, but caught it in time. I did however, destroy my trailer yesterday. I bent the cross beam that the leaf spring mounts too, which caused the deck to drop and rub on the tire and twisting the axle enough to bend the cross beam on the other side. I'm starting to think I might be better off just scrapping the whole thing and buy an new one. By the time I replace the leaf springs, weld a new cross beam in and reenforce the deck I would probably be into it what it is worth and I would still have a crappy tilt deck. If any one is looking for a project I would let it go CHEAP.
