Feel free to send us pictures of the issue as well, it will always be something that is required when dealing with an issue like this. Destroyed means a million different things to a million different people. Maybe the goggles came out of the 509 bag, maybe the protective coating is still on the lenses etc....a ton of scenarios here. BTW we see people 25% of the time that call with lens issues that have not taken the protective film off, yes seems like an obvious thing to do, but you would be surprised.
