Thanks for posting the progress.....it's great to see it all come together.
Wisconsin inginunity at it's best!!! I grew up by LaCrosse, and I miss it at times, especially in the fall.
Good work

Thanks if all goes well ill be able to unleash this thing in island park this march . Probly do a little trail riding here at home to work through the bugs tho.

I never got back to you....I have a template for a clear polycarbinate cover for your chaincase.

I think I still have one of the only Kleer Performance chaincase covers still left in existance. I don't wanna sell mine, but I'll surely help you make one for yourself.

For a skid i got a 09 rmk skid comming . Im just going to add the rear shock conversion for now then later do a aftermarket suspenion on the stock 09 rails. Thanks scott i sent you a pm clear cover sounds cool.

looking good. you should be able to test it in the UP this year!

shouldn't have looked, now I'm anxious to get to working on my 99:mad: Parts are shipping this week, then it will only be 1 or 2 months till I can get up to work on it.

i love the sled, had a 95 xlt special, it was a tank but man it was sweet, the sound the look and the seat was high and there was tons of leg room.

I really like your rebuild, just like a muscle car. i really like the rawness that they have, and how polaris is trying to back to that or did

Coming along nice....

Just a thought, I would consider rounding off the corners on that front bumper, I can see those ripping a nice set of bibs or a coat while working around it getting out of a tree or something.

Yea i got that bumper finished up friday and droped it off for powder coat it was just a test fit there . I shortned up the flats that run back where the bolts are and rounder the front edge and took the edge off the back ill get som new pics for you soon

nice build! you should have the skid first part of the week... cant wait to see the finished pics!
