Cheapest way to build Polaris watercraft triple?

I'm looking to build a polaris watercraft based triple motor as a summer project, and do it kinda budget friendly. So if anyone has experience with this feel free to share your thoughts.

I'll buy a used crank case of ebay. Cranks will be built out of two twin cranks (haven't decided on building a 1050 og 1200 yet. Whatever i find parts for first). Cylinders and pistons will just be stock snowmobile ones. MAG housing/waterpump housing off a 700 liberty. TM40 carbs. I'll weld triple pipes out of two sets of twin pipes. Cylinder head i don't know what the best option is. I've read that you can use the heads from the stock watercraft engine on the snowmobile cylinders, some say you can use the stock snowmobile domes with a custom water jacket (don't know how as the stock 700/800 heads have the domes cast in to them). Other say you have to get a billet head. Anyone know what is true? Also anyone know what reeds and carb boots will fit the WC case? I know the stock liberty reeds are too small at least ?

Anything i have forgotten?

For a rebuild you might want to look up cranky ape or IAAI.com to see if a wrecked one is going across the auction block. Might be a cheap way to get a whole or nearly whole parts unit on the cheap.

Thanks for the tip. The plan was to find motors out of wrecked sleds to use for parts. But for me at least it might me cheaper and easier to find them locally in Norway. I also has lots of parts on hand, i just have to look through as see whan i have and don't. So it should be doable within a reasonable budget.

There is a Facebook group called big triple motors. currently there is a few complete/parts engines and turn key packages for sale on there.

How many hours on the motor? And what chassis are the pipes made for? I recently got a 2010 Dragon RMK i was thinking to use for a triple build.

The motor is in a tube frame mountain max. I don’t have the hours or mileage. I bought as a package deal with 2 other sledS, quads and bike. the sled was quite heavy so he didnt ride it much.

If i could afford it i would really consider, but not able to right now. It's 25% import tax when importing to Norway and that unfortunately makes it a little too expensive.

I also have a complete engine package, I'm in the states. Asking $2000. Mine is a 1130.
