I still need to paint the hood and run coolant lines . But wireing is done . There are still a few things like handle bars and hood hinges nose cone button up a few outher small things before i start the suspenion work but all in all things are moving.

Looks good manowar!! Keep the pics coming. I did the exact same thing a couple of seasons back but started with a 98xc bulkhead attached to a CR Racing tunnel. Put an Ultra 800 in it but i'm replacing that with a Price Rotax 1100 this season. Keep up the good work. Higgins.
Love your sled jc that thing is sweet . Very cleen and i like all the custom parts and colors . Is that a mtn fit hood ?

Yes i used a Mountain Fit clear and then painted the underside with Pactra White. It doesn't look that good now! Some tree swipes and dust ups with other things have added the duct tape touch to it. But i have another new clear one i'm going to do up for this season. Higgins.
Will the McLeod boys et al be seeing this sled this winter??? Sounds like a fun sled to test drive!

Hey guys i got my front bumper built to mach the rear from vanamburg . Still need to drill mounting holes and get it powder coated .

your bar risers how much inches are they? also is it hard to do the extensions on it. thinkin about doin it. i have a 2 inch on mine but i want bigger
