New mod project build

Yea i did a swap meet speacal its a 4 1/2" stock skidoo pivet riser with powermadd pivet adapter should be about 5 1/2" - 6" of rise total then i had a set of moose moto cross bars from a cr 125 dirt bike i used. They are about a inch shorter than stock.

and the new bars have only a 5* pull back instead of the 15* stock bars. But you need an extended break cable and wires need finess and throttle cables im not sure as i dont have the stock stuff anymore . ill get some pics up today for you.

Ok guys if all goes well i will have all the coolant lines ran, handle bars on (got them back from powdercoating)and the breaks done by tonight. Then just need to get the track and drivers installed then the sert of the chain case can go together. JFJ!

fyi Do all you can to push the steering shaft forward and cut the post down low to get the bars farther forward.Bringing the riser pivot down lower will make it stronger to. Couple inches will make it feel like a new sled!

I actuily got a taller post from a 01 xcsp they are about 1" taller than 97-98 then i drove a solid bar of 5/8" 6061 alum inside the post down to the bend and im adding the later edge stile top mount for added strength.

Thats going to be nice. I had a 97 700 sks and loved it. Then moved to a 96 ultra now im on a 02 800. I want to build something like this for a back up. I love the old wedges.
This is my Ultra

Well tonight was a sucess i got the coolant lines done and the breaks done next step will be the track and drivers and button up the chain case then to the rear suspenion.
