Thanks for the offer but im on a buget and have to finish the motor first .
the track is a 15x159x2 sires 4 polaris fully ported 3 holes per pitch.

Xlt is 90 hp stock slp pipes add 23-25 horse so it will put around 115 hp or so.

yeah no prob I know those 1200's are expensive as hell plus the pipes and everything that go with them. I am on a budget with mine too so i know how it is.
you can pm for a price and details. As far as weight there is less then 8 lbs of tube for the trailing arms and all 4 radius rods. Then a couple pounds for the rod ends and tube inserts. On my buddies 96 ultra each side (trailing arm and two radius rods) was about 10lbs so 20lbs for entire front end, so about 10 lb savings and still extremely rugged

I love the old iron keep it up!! i wanna do a Edge with a union bay 1150 What are some of the better and worse things about the 1200 WC??
The biggest thing i like is the pistons jugs and top end gaskets are stock 800 twin polaris. so if i wreck one its a trip to the dealer in any state im in. not weeks out for custom stuff.

To hopefully stop the hyjack of Manowars thread any futher, contact Brad Wursten (1200psi) he can set you up with anything and everthing you will need for a 1200wc. they are spendy but are a cool use of stock parts. tell him i sent you.

AWESOME! I have a full bulk head, tub, and tunnel if any ones interested!! (96 xlt!)
its a lot of fit it and take it out try this move that, for now but i will get some pics up agin once i like how it all looks and fits. i still need to order my head and a few outher googies for the motor its self . i did through on a set of side hiller 2 skis. so for now the goal is to get all the stuff fit nicily and then drop it off at my friends house so he can do the pipes.
