New mod project build

its a lot of fit it and take it out try this move that, for now but i will get some pics up agin once i like how it all looks and fits. i still need to order my head and a few outher googies for the motor its self . i did through on a set of side hiller 2 skis. so for now the goal is to get all the stuff fit nicily and then drop it off at my friends house so he can do the pipes.

yeah i am sure it is a lot of work fitting that big of a motor in there! What are you doing for pipes? fitting some 800 pipes or having some made from scratch??

How is the build coming along? Haven't seen a new post in a couple of weeks.....

I had a couple of questions.....what steering post and handle bar riser are you using? And how does the stock plastics work with the Gen II tank? It looks like there are some gaps but that would be expected.

Very nice build! Excited to hear how it does on the snow!

Awesome build man. I love to see that older polaris sleds are still around. Hof many old formula 500's do you see out there modded like this nasty beast. Can anyone tell me what the pros and cons are to only runnning two rear wheels. I see it alot on these mod sleds.

The 2 wheel thing is debateablle. But in thery it helps to let snow out of your skid easer so it dosnt load the skid up as bad . And whieght 2 is lighter than 3 or4 . Mostly tho the new sleds come that way so the skid had this already.Oh and it looks B.A.

You better post some pics of that BA on the snow tomorrow Steve! Im sure ill see them on my phone first but u better let everyone else see them, these guys are dieing to see that thing in action!

pics.....

I am impatient.....I bet that shadow looks pretty sinister on the snow. I bet the 700 is pretty well balanced for the whole package.

I do have to say thankyou to all the peeps who sold parts and brad @ poweraddiction , and mike and the gang at vanamburg for making this possable. i have about 3-4 hours on this thing and wow it by far is the most monervable sled i have ever rode light and nimble. finished dry weight was 418 lbs befor gas and coolant. so bang on guys and dont be afraid to build what suits you!!!......
