SnowTech did a pretty good article on what they will handle

I have been told they are 35 micron, and yes they are Polaris replacement filters.
They have a larger internal stuffer as well. The material is definitely different.
Do you know if they are readily available? Do you hear how quickly Polaris dealers are able to address sleds that throw the low pressure fuel code?

Tony, are those available from Polaris at this time? We might actually be able to ride on the 10 " in the Madre Range that happened last night!

Just called 2 different Poo dealers out of our area and same answer, Mid May but was told to get that part # ordered and put on back order.

I have been following this thread, but may have missed it. What seems to be the root cause of the issue?
is the pump commanding too much fuel and being starved by the filter?

The micron rating on the filter sock is too small, which isn't allowing the fuel to flow fast enough- New filter has a larger micron rating (y)

I have had a pump whine, but other wise great. Are you seeing warranty coverage to replace socks or do it on my own. I am most likely done riding for the year.

I would guess when you go from a 21 inch long filter sock to a 6 inch sock there is going to be an issue.
Also mine in 214 miles has wore 1/8 inch off the plastic foot on the black box.

I wonder how much of the plastic that's wearing off the black box is getting into the filter and contributing to the restriction.

That plastic as well as belt dust and debris coming in through the fuel tank vent.
I've put a filter on the vent and ordered a holley hydramat. So we'll see how that pans out.

Got links to what you ordered?

Isn't the fuel tank vent only one way? I thought it had a check valve for out only "Vent". If not a Dirt Bike tank vent check would solve that for cheap. If this is the case.
