Do you know if they are readily available? Do you hear how quickly Polaris dealers are able to address sleds that throw the low pressure fuel code?I have been told they are 35 micron, and yes they are Polaris replacement filters.
They have a larger internal stuffer as well. The material is definitely different.
Awesomenew filter sock
Why wait for Polaris? Throw the aftermarket socks on until the polaris ones are availableTony, are those available from Polaris at this time? We might actually be able to ride on the 10 " in the Madre Range that happened last night!
The micron rating on the filter sock is too small, which isn't allowing the fuel to flow fast enough- New filter has a larger micron ratingI have been following this thread, but may have missed it. What seems to be the root cause of the issue?
is the pump commanding too much fuel and being starved by the filter?
Warranty will cover the pump & new filter... im sure more information will unfold in the next few weeks....I have had a pump whine, but other wise great. Are you seeing warranty coverage to replace socks or do it on my own. I am most likely done riding for the year.
I would guess when you go from a 21 inch long filter sock to a 6 inch sock there is going to be an issue.I have been following this thread, but may have missed it. What seems to be the root cause of the issue?

Also mine in 214 miles has wore 1/8 inch off the plastic foot on the black box.

I've put a filter on the vent and ordered a holley hydramat. So we'll see how that pans out.
