Wow...

Spooooky conditions out there, those small slopes are definately decieving.

On a side note, the TNytro may be under contract, possibly heading about 1000 miles north, to the land of Yammi's and,,,, and, well,,,,, Canadians I guess.

Hey Tim, you ridin a Booney D8 this year???

Ha ha hahhahhha ha ha ha, I knew you would know about fat chicks,,,,,,,,:D

avy report

Thanks for the avy report I was figuring that it would be scary with these cold storms coming through. Will have to be very careful this year. Keep us posted on any new reports. Going to go up Lolo Sunday morning. Taking the wife. I put that team secondary on WOW. I am really liking it. The skidoo secondary always seems like it wants to through you over the handle bars when you let off of it real quick. But the team is nice and smooth will test it out Sunday. I really like the simplicity of it all. Easy to change helixs.

speaking of doo sedondaries....i think mine needs rebuilt now.....or a bearing is goin out on the jackshaft. whenever you are cruizing along and you let off you can hear a chunk chunk chunk and feel it in your feet...its like the clutch isnt backshifting or something is binding up....damn french canadian pos. lol

clunk clunk

I would check you chain your gears and your drive shaft bearings and jackshaft. I hear that some years of skidoo had a some problems. I had the same feeling in my yamaha. It was the the chain. Then it was fine for a while then again same type of feeling and it was the the bearing on the jack shaft the one that turns the track. I would check those things first pick the back up and run the sled up and down and see if you can hear it. My bearing got worn out that I had to move the axle by hand to see the problem.

Hayden, stop by anytime today. I'll be around.

Well I worked on the sled till wee hours in the morning hoping to ride today but that all changed after putting coolant into it only to find the left side running board cooler leaking. Need to take it off and weld it up.

Looking like test and tune will have to be next weekend now since I'll be in S. Carolina all next week.

if you are selling, and its going North of the border. You must 1st get in touch with the port of entry being used and fax them your Title signed over to the buyer from yourself and also give them info on the buyer. This must be taken care of at least 24hrs before the transaction takes place or you are subject to a rather large Fine! hope this helps ya out.

lolo pass.

Went up to lolo. The team secondary works awesome. Man that was worth money. The doo ran great still need more snow. Found some places to play but still have to watch out for trees. Had a guy from some asphalt company out of town ride with us he needed to tag a long with someone. So we let him ride with us. Then he hit a tree and cut his hand so he had to go home. Looks like he was going to need stitches on his finger. So me and the wife headed to the warming hut. Then on the way back the Yamaha started acting up liking popping and missfiring. So we towed it back. I am afraid the oil pump wasn't pumping into the fuel. It looks like the same amount of oil was in my resevoir. The Oil line to the pump looked dry. It should be full when you pull the line off right. So if so I have to rebuild the yamaha. Witch I really don't want to spend more money on it I would rather sell it and buy another rev.

Hoodoos

Anyone been to the hoodoos lately thinking of going there on Sat if there is snow thanks Jim

2XM3, I seen you posted in general about the quality of the stitching and zippers on your new seat and had to poke fun at ya for not posting sooner. :)

I was on the fence about getting one for quite awhile and just ordered one a couple days ago. After reading your post my first thought was I wished I hadn't ordered it but it's to late now.
