Great photos Ragin!! Pancake breakfast at the Ponderosa Snow Warriors clubhouse up Sucker Creek Road. 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Sat. December 6th. Cloudy, 23 degrees and light wind this morning. C'mon snow!!

Those were great pics there Ragin. It was good to see again. Also good to see that you didn't get any video of me rolling down the mountain.

Took A Ride

Rode from the clubhouse down Sucker Creek road to Copper Creek Road. Stonewall and Big Mtn gates locked. Word is to keep cat hunters out. What?? Rode Copper Creek road a ways but not enough snow. Got up to 40 something later and melting. People are saying East towards McDonald Meadows there is very little snow. Still early.

GO GRIZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I worked around Lincoln this summer, paving Rogers Pass, Flechers Pass, sorry cant spell...and some in Helmville. Nice town, good people. Would like to ride there too. Dino:beer;

I just checked snotel and the bowls got 4 inches in the last 24 hours. Most of the big dogs say they need to hit 100 inches up there to cover everything up. We are a long way from there now. Need a big dump. Snow Dance is needed.

from what i have seen on a lot of the snotels right now and actual depths, they are reading pretty low for whats really there, i still wouldnt go into the bowls, just saying. one of.

snowing steady in butte since early AM and some last night.

That may be the case. But what I am saying is this. The big Dogs like Team Thunderstruck and the like would like snotel to show 100 inches. You couldn't get in the bowls now unless you have a helicopter and lift your sled in there. Look at the web cam for Lincoln and you tell me. Check with givemeaboost or some of last years threads on the subject.

We were in the Bowls last year during the first week of Jan. They had 92 inches up there and my buddy came out with a bent A-arm and busted shock. Be careful up there.

Thanks BigHoe. If you never been there you have no idea what people are talking about. I am no expert only been in there 3 times but several guys I ride with go there all the time. I follow their lead and what they tell me.
