After more thought.
I have a conspiracy theory.
The rail tip changed for 2024. They moved the anti-stab axel up changing the rail configuration.
The model year ‘22 and ‘23 rail cap wouldn’t fitrealizing it when they started production. We need a new cap. Oh boy this is going to cost us $1500 a sled if we don’t get them shipped. We will deal with it later if it’s a problem.

Only takes 40 people for a class action lawsuit. I say nobody fix them. Throw caution to the wind and let the chips fall where they may.

I went with the $4,500 option…

I hope that works out for you. My dealer installed three last year and all customers went back to the factory suspension.

I just ordered the Ice Age Tip Fix Kit which comes with everything you will need without having to modify the 2023 rail tip or source each of the spacers.

I just ordered the Ice Age Tip Fix Kit which comes with everything you will need without having to modify the 2023 rail tip or source each of the spacers.

The 2023 Polaris factory rail cap is different then the one in the Ice Age Kit. The 2023 Factory ones have a small hoe on each side and the Ice Age ones have a large hole. I should have clarified better, as there is some modifications required if you just order the 2023 Polaris factory, meaning cutting the tube like you said to allow for the extra width of the rail tip.

I just decided to do the Ice Age, as I trust them and no measuring, cutting or anything,.......just install and fit! But yes, either way is a fix for sure!!

22's have a small hole , 23's have a larger hole. The 22's use a 6mm bolt . The 23's have a 17.5 mm hole in them. I haven't measured the shaft diameter on a 24 but the spacer on the 23 #2 is 17mm in dia.

You’ll have to trust me. Not fake news. I either left my phone at the puzzle table or the make shift pickle ball court. I have obviously given up on life with this no snow BS and supporting Polaris. All sleds less than 500 miles. The 23’s looked okay.

Yes, I replaced mine twice on the ‘22 before going to IceAge rails. 3.5 pitch

Is the snow that bad down there? I was wondering why Keith was in Revy with a crew.

I personally think the snow is horrible in Revy from what I saw, so it must be bad if if guys are heading north this early?
